沥青混凝土心墙基本性能研究——静三轴试验与应力松驰试验研究

【摘要】 沥青混凝土由于其良好的防渗性能在坝体防渗中得到越来越广泛的应用。至今全世界已建成沥青混凝土防渗土石坝(包括蓄水池)近400座。其中沥青混凝土心墙坝有80余座,我国有20余座,自1955年至今无一修补。 目前,国内外对沥青混凝土心墙的材料和结构性能已进行了一些试验研究,其设计方法、施工工艺和设备较为成熟,但其基本性能研究方面显得较为薄弱,本文结合实际工程对沥青混凝土心墙的芯样和试验室成型的试件进行了试验研究,主要包括静三轴试验、围压稳定试验以及应力松弛试验研究,得到以下基本结论: 1.两个实际工程的静三轴变形与强度试验表明,随着温度升高沥青混凝土破坏强度明显降低,破坏时应变明显加大;沥青含量的增加会导致切线模量和凝聚力降低,但内摩擦角趋于增加;周围压力增大会导致最大应力σ_D增大,其体变压缩极限值也越大。 2.在进行静三轴试验以前先对沥青混凝土试件进行围压稳定,发现在时间足够长的条件下,试件的体积会逐渐缩小,并逐渐稳定在某一定值,其压缩量基本上为其本身孔隙体积的一半;经围压稳定后的试件静三轴试验曲线上的线性阶段明显缩短,而初始切线模量增大。 3.通过松弛试验得到的不同应变条件下的松弛模量曲线表明,所加的应变越大,沥青混凝土试件的松弛模量越小;也就是说,所加应变越小,其松弛性能越好。

【Abstract】 Because of its excellent inpenetrative performance, asphalt concrete has been widely used increasingly in watertight of dams. Till now there are nearly 400 asphalt concrete embankment dams (including headers) built in the world. The embankments with asphalt concrete cores are more than 80 including 20 in China and none of them has been repaired since 1955.At present plenty of experimental study has been made on the materials and structural performance of asphalt concrete cores in the world, and the design methods and construction technique as well as equipments have been more mature. However, there is still lack of the research of its basic performance. In this thesis, in combination with the actual project, the experimental study has been employed with the field core specimen and the specimen made in laboratory, mainly include the static triaxial test, confinement pressure stabilization test and stress relaxation test. Through the tests, conclusions are summarized as below:1. The static triaxial test of two engineerings shows that the breaking strength of asphalt concrete declines significantly as the temperature rises and the strain increases noticeably when breaking. Increase in the asphalt content leads to decrease in tangentmodulus and cohesion, but the internal friction angle tends to increase. Increasing confining stress results in the augment of the maximum stress and the ultimate value of volumetric strain.2. If asphalt concrete specimen is in stabilization by exert confining stress before the static triaxial test, it is then found that under the condition that time is long enough, the volume of the specimen will shorten gradually and stable around a fixed value, and the amount of compression is essentially the half of the volume of void itself. It is also found that in stabilization by exert confining stress the linear phrase will be shorten in the figure of the static triaxial test of specimen, while the initial tangent modulus will be augment.3. Through the stress relaxation test we can get relaxation modulus under various strain, and it indicate that the relaxation modulus of asphalt concrete specimen will turn minish along with the augment of the strain. Which is to say the relaxation will be better if the strain is small.
