沉淀池优化设计研究

【摘要】 本文运用系统工程的理论与方法,研究了沉淀池的优化设计问题,以寻求沉淀池的最小建设费用的方案。该研究,对降低沉淀池成本以及水厂的建设费用具有重要意义。 文中主要研究了平流式沉淀池、异向流斜板沉淀池的优化设计问题。分别对两者在有沉淀资料和无沉淀资料的情况下,进行优化设计研究,运用BP网络进行非线性函数逼近,结合回归正交设计方法建立沉淀池的费用函数模型,为优化设计提供了目标函数。沉淀池的设计要求满足一定去除效果及水流条件,且各参数均有一定的范围限制,因此结合规范要求,建立相应的约束条件,据此建立了完整的优化设计模型。 文中采用现代优化计算方法Hopfield网络并结合模拟退火算法对优化模型进行优化计算,分别建立了平流式沉淀池、斜板沉淀池优化模型的非线性动力学系统,并利用神经网络动力学系统的动态演化特性,实现动力学系统的求解。 文中采用该方法对沉淀池进行优化设计,得出的设计方案是经济可行的。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the problems of optimal design of sedimentation tanks are studied by adopting theories and methods of system engineering to seek the scheme of the least sedimentation tanks building cost. It is significant to reduce sedimentation tank cost and water and waste water plant cost.The optimal designs of horizontal sedimentation tanks and plated upflow sedimentation tanks are made when sedimentation data is provided or not. By BP neural network perfoming nonlinear mapping and combining regression orthogonal,the sedimentation tank cost functions are set up, the objectives are provided. The sedimentation tank designs are demanded to meet the efficiency and the hydrolic condition ,and the parameters are comfined in the range according to the criterion , so the integrate optimal design models are set up.The Hopfield network optimal computation theory combining simulating annealing is applied in this paper to make caculation. Nonlinear dynamical systems of the nonlinear programming model of the horizontal sedimentation tanks and plated upflow sedimentation tanks are separately constituted and solved by software simulation method which utilized the neural network dynamical evolution property.It is economical and feasible in such method to gain optimal design of sedimentation tanks.
