粉煤灰发泡混凝土的试验研究与工程应用

【摘要】 粉煤灰是中国数量大,分布范围广,对环境污染十分严重的工业废渣之一。因此,综合利用粉煤灰是减轻环境污染、节省能源、变废为宝、造福人民的有效措施,意义重大。近年来,由于墙改“禁实”政策的实施,市场急需新的墙体材料来填补新建筑所需,许多单位相继开展了各有关研究,综合利用粉煤灰研制开发新型建材逐渐成为了主流,其中多孔混凝土特别是粉煤灰发泡混凝土,正以它突出的轻质、保温、隔音、抗震效果好等优点,成为一种引人注目的建筑材料,利用工业固体废弃物粉煤灰研制发泡混凝土不仅能实现粉煤灰的资源化,而且还可为墙体材料的改革提供一种新型建筑材料,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。 本文通过试验研究了粉煤灰、水泥、石灰、细砂、发泡液、水灰比及外加剂对粉煤灰发泡混凝土性能的影响,采用正交设计试验方法得出了600级粉煤灰发泡混凝土的最佳配合比,同时发现发泡液和粉煤灰掺量对发泡混凝土的影响最为显著,因此,以二者为自变量建立了二元线性回归方程,通过全相关系数的检验发现方程较为理想。此外,还对氯氧镁水泥基粉煤灰发泡混凝土的耐水性进行了相关实验,发现磷酸有较好的耐水性效果,同时找到了其合适的掺量范围。 借助SEM测试手段对粉煤灰发泡混凝土的微观结构和氯氧镁水泥基发泡混凝土的耐水性进行了机理分析,同时对其水化过程及抗碳化性能也进行了相应的机理分析。 本文还设计了适合工业化规模生产的粉煤灰发泡混凝土生产线,给出了产品的工艺流程,以中国水电十四局志达混凝土厂为例介绍了工程的实际情况,结果表明西安理工大学硕士学位论文粉煤灰发泡混凝土不仅可成功实现工业化生产,而且可为企业创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Fly ash is a kind of industry waste residue, in china the amounts of fly ash is very large and its distributing range is wide, what’s more, it pollutes the environment greatly. Because of that, making best use of fly ash is an efficacious measure which can lighten environmental pollution, save energy sources, become waste into useful things and benefit the people. Recently, using solid clay brick is gradually prohibited, so the new wall material is required to fill up the new architecture. Many sections research on this field, using fly ash to develop new building materials is the mostly adopted method, among the new building materials, fly ash foamed concrete is a noticeable one because of its outstanding merits such as light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation and good resisting earthquake. Using fly ash to develop foamed concrete can not only become fly ash into resources, but also provide a new kind of building materials for the innovation of wall materials, which has good economy and society benefits.In this paper, the effects of fly ash, cement, lime, fine sands, foam agent, w/c ratio and additional agent on foamed concrete were studied by experiments, the best combination ratio of fly ash foamed concrete whose density varies from 551kg/m3 to 650kg/m3 was obtained through orthogonal test design, the foam agent quantity and the fly ash quantity effect the fly ash foamed concrete greatly, so the author selected them as independents to establish duality linear regression equations, the equations were quite ideal through the test of model summary R. Moreover, the author also did some experiments about the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement fly ash foamed concrete, the outcome showedthat phosphoric acid has good effect on water resistance, and its appropriate quantity was found.The microstructure of fly ash foamed concrete and the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement foamed concrete were analysed in virtue of SEM method, at the same time, whose process to hydrate and carbonization resistance were analysed correspondly.The fly ash foamed concrete product line which is suitable for industrialization was designed in this paper and the technics flow was showed, the project of ZHIDA concrete plant belonging to China water and electricity 14th bureau was introduced as an example, the summary is that the industrialization of fly ash foamed concrete can not only be realized, but also creates good economy and society benefits for the enterprises.
