基于Web的人力资源管理系统研究与开发

【摘要】 随着现代企业制度的建立以及社会经济的高速发展,企业人力资源已成为左右企业生存发展的重要因素,加强人力资源的有效管理和运作已成为企业提高竞争力的重要手段。 作者在研究国内外人力资源管理系统发展和Web技术的基础上,提出了一个实用的人力资源管理系统结构以及绩效考核算法,采用Delphi 7开发了基于Web的人力资源管理系统(HRMS)。系统包括九个模块:人事信息管理、考勤管理、培训管理、休假管理、绩效考核管理、薪资福利管理、招聘管理、系统维护、报表服务。该系统是针对跨地区集团公司/企业的特点而研制的。系统主体采用B/S结构,并保留了少量的C/S结构的应用程序,以处理报表打印等的工作。 本文详细论述了该系统的分析、设计、实现过程及其关键技术。

【Abstract】 With the establishment of modern enterprise information system and high-speed development of society economy, the enterprise human resources has more and more become the significant factor which has dominated the subsistence and development of the enterprise, thus the enhancement of the effective management and operation of enterprise human resources has become an essential means to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.The author researched the development of domestic and foreign on HRMS , workflow and Web technology ,thus put forward a practically HRMS framework and Performance Appraisal arithmetic. I have developed a Web-based HRMS for enterprises implemented by Delphi 7 related technologies. This system includes nine modules: Personnel Information , Attendance Management, Training , Employ Service , Performance Appraisal, Payroll Benefit, Recruitment, system maintenance, report forms Service. The system researched a Web-based HRMS for the large enterprises implemented. It made use of WEB server application program technology under B/S structure and dealt with little report forms and print under C/S structure application program on human resource department.The paper discussed systems analysis, overall design, system implement and key technology implement.
