铸铁水平连铸同步切割机自动控制的设计与研究

【摘要】 铸铁水平连铸是一种先进的毛坯生产工艺,由于铸铁水平连铸型材具有组织致密、石墨细小、综合机械加工性能好,在工业发达国家得到广泛的应用。 本文主要对ZSL—02型铸铁水平连铸系统的同步切割机的操作过程进行了自动控制的设计与研究。首先分析切割机过程的主要动作步骤,根据实际生产的需要,确定出控制方案,选择可编程控制器作为控制设备。其次确定出需要控制的部件及其相互之间的动作顺序,根据控制的要求确定出输入输出点数,由此选择可编程控制器的型号。然后设计了控制系统的组成方案,制定出控制系统的软、硬件设计方案。最后根据设计出的控制程序流程图确定工作方式,并开发出控制程序。 触摸屏是最新推出的接口设备,是为PLC的应用而设计的小型工作站,它采用全封闭式面板,非常适合铸造行业这种粉尘多、环境恶劣的场合。 本文在完成自动控制的基础上设计,用组态王软件设计出触摸屏菜单,并将牵引机和切割机控制系统的菜单设计在同一个触摸屏内。操作人员在触摸屏菜单内,将工艺参数输入后并传送给可编程控制器,可编程控制器将这些信息处理后控制生产工艺,完成生产过程。

【Abstract】 Cast Iron Horizontal Continuous Caster is a advanced rough cast production technology. The products produced by Cast Iron Horizontal Continuous Caster has the feature of compact structure , fine graphite .So it has a good performance of machining property ,and it has been used widely in developed country .This paper mainly designs and deals with the automatic control over the Cutting Mechanism of the Cast Iron Horizontal Continuous Caster of ZSL-02 . Firstly, the main operation consequence of the Cutting Mechanism is analysed , the project of controlling system which is PLC, can be determined based on the actual requirement. Secondly, the parts and their action sequences can be given , and the input point and output point could be determined ,so the type of PLC can be selected. Thirdly, the composition of controlling system are designed , the hardware and software then can be developed .Finally the working ways and the controlling program can be implemented based on the flow chart.Touch panel is a latest interface equipment and a minitype workstation for the appliance of PLC . It makes panel completely occluded and suits the environment of cast iron industry .In addition ,the paper designs the menu of touch panel which is designed using the KingView. The menu which controls Drawing Mechanism and Cutting Mechanism can be arranged into the same touch panel. Operator can transmit the crafts parameter to PLC which can control the production process .
