新疆德隆天一公司经营战略研究

【摘要】 新疆德隆天一实业公司是2001年6月新组建的一个企业。公司组建后面临着产品质量水平不高、设备状态较差、工艺落后、物流混乱、管理混乱和没有一个完善的企业经营发展战略等一系列的问题,针对这些问题,本文运用国内外企业战略管理理论,结合企业的实际特点,认真分析企业环境特点,找出企业发展中存在的问题和障碍,提出了企业发展的总体战略和具体方案。 论文一方面通过PEST分析和波特的五种竞争力量模型对天一公司所处的宏观环境、行业环境以及行业的发展状况及趋势进行了分析,在此基础上确定了天一公司外部环境所面临的机会和威胁,并对机会和威胁运用外部要素评价(EFE)矩阵进行了评价,同时运用专家打分的方法识别了纺织行业的关键成功要素;另一方面,通过运用波特的价值链分析,对天一公司的主要活动和辅助活动进行了分析。在分析了企业内部资源和经营状况的基础上,明确和评价了企业内部的优势与劣势,同时对企业的核心竞争能力与关键成功要素进行了匹配分析。在分析的基础上,运用改进的SWOT矩阵分析,对天一公司企业实力进行模糊评判,确定了天一公司应采取的发展战略,即增长型战略。然后对天一公司进行战略组合分析,为每一业务单元制定相应措施。同时参照纺织行业先进企业的经营战略,对天一公司的经营战略进行了可行性分析,提出“纵向一体化,增强其核心竞争力,虚拟经营,打造其产品链。”的经营战略,并为其实施提出建议。最后对天一公司今后的发展也提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Tianyi industrial corporation of Xinjiang Belong was set up newly in June of 2001 . There are a lot of problems faced by this company, such as the low quality level of the products ,worse equipment states, backward craft, mass material flow, confused management and absent deal in development strategy etc.To these questions, this text uses the domestic and international enterprise’s strategic management theory, combines actual characteristic of this enterprise , analyses environment of the enterprise characteristic conscientiously , find out enterprise existing problem and obstacle in development, and put forward the total development strategy of enterprise and the concrete scheme.On one hand, the T-yi Inc. macro-environment ,the specific industry environment and the state of development and trend of trade are analyzed with the PEST method and Porter’s five-forces model. On this basis , chance and . threat that the external environment condition of one company faces are confirmed, and appraised with the outside element of ( EFE) matrix . Use the method that experts gave a mark to discern the key successful element of the textile industry at the same time . On the other hand, through using Potter’s value chain to analyse the main activity and the assisting activity . On the basis of analysing resources and management state inside enterprises, confirmed and appraised the advantage and the disadvantage inside enterprises, Key competitive power and the key success element are match analyst at the same time. Then, using improved SWOT matrix, give a fuzzy evaluement to the strength of Tianyi, confirm the development strategy that Tianyi company should adopt, namely increasing type strategy. Following that, carries on the united strategy analyses to make the corresponding measure for every business unit. At the same time, consulting the management strategy of advancedenterprise of textile industry , the feasibile analyse are carried on to the management strategy of Tianyi. Propose the management strategy that is ’integrating vertically, strengthening its key competitiveness , managing fictitiously, making its product chain’,and give implement advise. Advised to the development in the future of Tianyi too finally.
