严寒地区混凝土面板堆石坝施工技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对严寒地区砼面板堆石坝施工技术研究方面的不足,结合我国黑龙江省牡丹江上的莲花水电站,面板堆石坝的施工实践,通过施工的原型实验,对砼面板堆石坝在严寒条件下的施工技术进行了研究和总结。这些技术包括砼面板堆石坝在负温条件下坝体堆石填筑及垫层料的制备与填筑技术、高抗冻性面板砼技术、面板砼的越冬防护技术等。本文的严寒地区砼面板堆石坝冬季施工技术已经达到了国内领先水平并填补了同类问题研究的空白,《严寒地区面板堆石坝施工技术研究》于1999年荣获中国水利水电总公司科技进步一等奖;2000年荣获国家电力公司科技进步二等奖。本文中的有关研究成果已在小山、松山以及新疆吉林台等砼面板堆石坝工程施工中应用,并获得成功。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the study of construction technology of concrete facing rock-fill dam in Frigid Zone has been done in accordance with construction and practice of Lianhua Hydropower station (concrete face rock-fill dam) in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province. The study consists of construction technologies of rock-fill filling of concrete facing rock-fill dam in negative temperature condition, manufacture and fill of cushion layger, exceedingly frost-resisting property of concrete facing and the protection of concrete facing in winter etc. these technologies have been come up to advanced domestic standards and some gaps in the fields of same technology has been filled in. The study on construction technology of concrete facing rock-fill dam in Frigid Zone was awarded the first-rate of science and technology achievements in 1999 by the Electric Power Company and the second-rate of science and technology achievements in 2000 by the country. The achievements have been applied successfully in Xiaoshan and Songshan Hydropower Station (Jilin province), Jilintai Hydropower Station (Xinjiang self-government region).
