新型软开关变频器研究

【摘要】 本文在分析软开关逆变技术的发展历史与研究现状的前提下,选择了直流母线零电压过渡软开关逆变电路和谐振极软开关逆变电路作为研究对象,分析了上述两种软开关逆变电路的工作原理和工作过程,同时针对直流母线零电压过渡软开关逆变电路中存在问题和不足提出了解决方案和改进策略。 在对两种逆变器主电路及控制方法进行理论分析的基础上,采用PSIM软件对其进行了仿真,验证了控制方法和谐振电路参数选择的正确性,完成了由这两种逆变器加上整流电路和控制电路、驱动电路以及故障保护电路构成的整个变频器系统的设计。最后形成了上述两个软开关变频器样机并对其进行了实验,实验结果证明了电路拓扑的可行性、理论分析的正确性以及参数设计的合理性,且这两个电路均能较好地实现软开关,减少了电路损耗,提高了系统的效率。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the developing history and present status of soft-switching technique, DC-rail zero voltage transition soft-switching inverter circuit and resonant pole inverter circuit are selected as the study object in this paper. The operating principle and process of these two soft-switching inverter circuits are analyzed in detail, simultaneously, aiming at the problem and deficiency existing in DC-rail zero voltage transition soft-switching inverter circuit, deeply study is given and solving schemes are proposed.This paper analyzing the main circuits and their control methods theoretically, then the simulations are given with PSIM software and the correctness of control methods and parameters selection is verified, and completing the systemic design of whole system including main power circuits, rectifier circuits, control circuits, drive circuits and the necessary trouble protected circuits. Finally, the above-mentioned two soft-switching inverter prototypes are made and tested, and the experimental results show the feasibility of circuit topologies, the correctness of theoretical analysis, and the rationality of parameter design. And that, these two circuits can realize the aim of soft-switching, reduce the circuit losses and increase the system efficiency.
