水泥回转窑故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 回转窑烧成系统是新型干法水泥生产线上最重要的工艺环节,它的运行状况直接影响水泥生产的产量、质量、能耗和环境污染程度。由于其工艺复杂,工况恶劣,设备众多,控制规模庞大,一旦某一环节出现故障,很难及时诊断出故障原因,造成长时间停产。至今未见适合与新型回转窑烧成系统的故障诊断技术的文献报道。因此,展开新型干法回转窑烧成系统的故障诊断技术的研究,并开发出能对回转窑烧成系统工艺及设备进行故障预知和快速、正确诊断的系统具有理论和实际意义。 本文分析了新型干法回转窑烧成系统工艺过程,找出了常见故障征兆与原因的关系,在充分了解现有诊断技术的基础上,从回转窑烧成系统工艺自身特征出发,提出了一种基于故障案例分析和模糊推理的故障诊断算法,编制了相应的计算机程序,建立了回转窑烧成系统的计算机故障诊断系统。 文中将回转窑烧成系统故障按性质不同分为工艺故障和设备故障,按照故障诊断的要求将故障征兆分为四级:故障部件、故障位置、故障性质和严重程度。故障征兆信息可以按照在线的方式从过程控制系统的实时数据库中获取,也可按离线的方式由人工输入。所建立的回转窑烧成系统的计算机故障诊断系统具有案例学习和案例库自丰富能力,从而使该系统具有不断提高其诊断成功率的能力。这对水泥生产的优质、高产、低耗具有十分重要的意义。 鉴于新型干法水泥回转窑烧成系统的故障诊断的特殊性,它涉及到材料科学、过程控制和计算机等学科,目前尚无成熟的诊断数学模型和计算机算法。本文提出的基于故障案例分析和模糊推理的新型干法水泥回转窑烧成系统的故障诊断算法以及所建立的计算机故障诊断系统,对水泥回转窑烧成系统的故障诊断研究进行了初步的尝试和探讨,为进一步研究提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Rotary kiln decomposition is the most important technics tache in the cement production line, and its running status affects the output, quality, energy wastage and environment pollution. Because of its complicated technics, atrocious producing enviorment, numerous equipments and large scale control, once there is fault in some tache, it’s difficult to diagnose the reason, leading to the long time stop production. But by now there is no corresponding report on fault diagnosis technology aiming at rotary kiln decomposition system. In that, the research on the fault diagnosis to the new kind rotary kiln decomposition system, and to develop a ingreted fault diagnosis system, which can predict and diagnose the rotary kiln’s fault rapidly, has theory and actual significance.On the base of fully analyzing rotary kiln decomposition’s technics process, the relationship between fault phenomenon and reason has been found. On the base of the current fault diagnosis technology and rotary kiln decompostion technics character, a new fault diagnosis arithmetic based on the fault fuzzy classification and CBR (Case-based Reasoning) has been brought forward. And the corresponding computer programa and fault diagnosis system for the rotary kiln has been desined and set up.The fault dianosis for rotary kiln devides the fault into technics fault and equipment fault according to the fault property, into four levels: fault part, fault location, fault character and degree according to the diagnosis. The fault phenomenon information can be input from the process control system’s real time database on line, or be input artificially off line. The computer fault diagnosis system possess the function of case study and case database self enriching, which makes the system can impove its diagosis capability continually. It has important significance to the cement’s high-quality, large-yield, low-consumption production.Whereas the fault diagnosis on new kind cement rotary kiln has its particularity, it relate to material science, process control and computer science, there is no mature diagnosis mathmatics model and computer arithmetic. The fault diagnosis arithmetic and system brought forward in this paper has made elementary research and discuss,supplying use for reference for farther study.
