PDM中产品结构管理及相关技术的研究

【摘要】 本论文以浙江大学化机CAD实验室为山西经纬定制开发的“基于I-DEAS的PSM系统”为背景而展开。从PDM最核心的模块产品结构管理的入手,详细介绍了产品结构及其相关概念,并结合自主开发的PSM系统实例对系统开发的全过程和以及项目开发中采用的相关技术和处理方法展开了深入的讨论和研究。归纳起来本论文主要研究内容如下: 1、本文结合大量资料,分析了PDM技术在制造业应用中的重要地位。阐述了PDM的基本概念和发展现状。同时从PDM的体系结构入手,分析了产品结构管理在产品数据管理中重要地位。结合PSM系统开发心得,指出了PSM作为软件从PDM系统中独立出来因该做好的几点工作。 2、对产品结构管理以及它的版本控制、配置管理的基本概念进行了详细的阐述,并对PSM系统实现的关键技术进行了总结。 3、结合山西经纬企业的实际情况,分析数据库技术的现状,拟定了数据库实施方案。通过经纬厂的物料编码实例,阐述了编写物料编码的规则和具体的操作方法,期望读者能有所借鉴。 4、本论文还具体介绍了一种利用已有的物料编码和创建好的数据库,在PowerBuilder中创建产品结构树和BOM表,并实现BOM表的自动配置的具体方法。 5、本文着重介绍了内嵌可以实现一体化的项目级产品数据管理环境的团队数据管理系统的I-DEAS是如何在产品结构树上实现BOM表的自动生成功能,期望能对读者有所启发。 6、本系统的一大特色就是基于I-DEAS软件进行二次开发的。本论文论述了如何实现PSM系统和I-DEAS系统集成技术的同时阐述了利用prg语言进行I-DEAS界面二次开发技术。针对I-DEAS进行二次开发的技术 7、本论文阐述了包括PSM系统在内的PDM系统的实施理念和实施方法。并在最后花了较大篇幅详细介绍了本论文的依托项目山西经纬PSM系统设计、开发和实施的全过程。包括了需求分析,方案拟定,到系统开发和功能实现。其中实现的功能包括产品结构树的生成、BOM表的自动生成和配置、零件的自动标注等。

【Abstract】 This dissertation is based on the project "Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.LTD Product Structure Management System",which is developed by CAD research lab at the Institute of Zhejiang University process control department. Product Structure Management is the core of Product Data Management system and is necessary and important to manufacturing information Engineering.This dissertation focusing on Product Structure Management gives a particular expatiation of PSM’s conception, develop method and correlative technology.The main content of the dissertation is present as follows:1. Analyses the importance of PDM’s applicaton in the manufacturing field based on large survey. Expatiates on the PDM definition and its status in quo. Meanwhile, discusses the key status of PSM in the structure of PDM and summarizes several essential steps which should be done before separate the PSM system as software from PDM system.2. Clarifies PSM, version control and configuration management concepts in detail and summatrizes the key technologies used in PSM system realization.3. According to the current status of database thechnology and the Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.LTD’s practice status studied out database plan, Introduces an effective method of compiling materiel coding.4. Proposes a new method in PowerBuilder through its treeview and datawindow controls based on accomplished materiel coding and established database. This method could automatically establish product structure tree and produce BOM table in required format.5. Famous integration software I-DEAS has advanced Team Data Management system, this paper detailedly introduces the TDM system’s work mode which has rich reference value.6. The I-DEAS’ secondary development technology is described in details in this article including how to realize the integration of PSM and I-DEAS and how to realize the I-DEAS interface’s secondary development, etc.7. Dissertates PDM (include PSM) system implementation conception and method. At last this paper gives a detailed report of the whole PSM system develop process including establishing product structure tree;BOM data-base ;automatically producing BOM table in required format; transforming and producing various BOM views such as Borrowing Part Table and Standard Part Table, also realizing parts numbers’ automatical label and modification,etc.
