激光数码彩扩系统中颜色与密度测量的研究

【摘要】 为了控制数码激光彩扩系统输出的照片的质量,必须进行彩色密度测量和颜色测量。在工业生产中,颜色测量一般是基于光电积分式的色度仪,密度计大多应用于印刷行业,且彩色密度计在国内基本上还是停留于研究阶段。颜色的测量与密度测量在颜色控制领域内各有特点,在国内很少有仪器能够将这两者统一起来。 本文讨论了摄影反射密度测量与颜色测量的原理,提出了基于光谱反射率的测量方案,将颜色测量与密度测量统一起来。采用新型的全息平场凹面光栅作为分光元件,并引入多通道光电探测器件CCD进行光谱信号探测,为光谱反射率的测量准备了物质条件;采用微型计算机控制,达到自动化测量。本课题还讨论了单片机智能控制LCD显示,这样系统便成为便于携带的智能仪器,又具有PC机相连的RS-232接口。这样的仪器具有结构简单、功能多,智能化等优点;本系统的颜色和密度的测量主要是针对彩色照片,它还可以应用于其他非透明非荧光的物质,因此在颜色控制领域具有广阔的应用前景。 本系统的研究,是一项集光学、机械、电子和软硬件技术为一体的综合性课题。本论文就所做的工作,对各个部分做了详细的分析和讨论,并在文章的最后提出了系统的改进方向和模拟结果,论证了系统方案的可行性和创新性。

【Abstract】 In order to control the quality of photograph from the digital laser color system, color density measurement and color measurement is necessary. In generally, color measurement is based on photo integral colorimeter, and densitometer based on color filter. Densitometer is applied in the printing trade, and the color denstiometer still rest on development and research in our country. Color measurement is different from density measurement on color control, it is rare that one instrument can measure both color and density in our country.In this paper, we discussed principal of color measurement and photograph reflective density measurement, and described a measurement method based on spectrum reflectivity which can measure color and density. In this system, we employed a newly developed holographic filed concave grating as splitting beams element, as well as multi-channel photodetector -CCD (charge coupled devices ) as spectrum detection .these all solidified the foundation of measurement; microcomputer control make the system automatic. We also discussed the chip microcomputer control LCD. If so, the system will be portable instrument with RS-232C port. This instrument is multifunctional and intellective, and its structure is simple. In the system , the measurement aims at color photograph , in fact ,it can be applied in other opaque non-fluorescent material , so it will be widely used in the color control field in the future.The equipment of the measuring system includes optics, mechanics ,electronics and computer technology .according to the work I have done, all of them will be studied respectively in the paper and the improvement and analog result. The feasibility and innovation of the system scheme are demonstrated.
