小长图无纸记录仪关键技术研究

The Research of Key Technologies on Little Type Paperless Recorder

【摘要】 长期以来,作为一种重要的数据记录仪表,记录仪被广泛的应用于各种工业现场。同时,计算机软硬件技术的飞速发展,以及计算机技术不断地渗入仪器仪表行业,使得基于虚拟技术的智能化记录仪表成为记录仪发展的新趋势。 本文主要讨论的是基于80C320单片机的彩色多功能小长图无纸记录仪的研究开发。记录仪设计过程中,充分贯彻了模块化和低成本的思想,加上合理的任务调度和硬件性能的挖掘,使得系统整体有着良好的稳定性、较高的可靠性和优越的性价比。2003年10月,研究成果交付接产单位,2004年5月正式投产。可以预见,彩色多功能小长图无纸记录仪必将为广大用户所接受,有着良好的发展前景。 论文首先简要介绍了记录仪的发展历史,以及各阶段记录仪的性能比较,接着在介绍新型小长图无纸记录仪系统软硬件体系结构的基础上,对记录仪的各个功能部分的实现进行了讨论,其创新点主要有: 单片机程序存储器容量扩展的实现,实现了多ROM之间代码的流畅切换。 系统任务调度模式的优化调整,通过创造性的系统任务划分,引入了“遗留任务”的概念,在“前后台系统”的基础上保证了系统任务响应的实时性。 综合利用了“两次测量”、“两次捕捉”、“在线校正”和“离线校准”等方法组织测量过程,使系统整体能够在低成本的基础上满足高精度的测量需求(优于2‰)。 引入“双缓冲池”的历史数据检索模式,实现了历史数据的“一键式”进入查询。 创造性的对RTX51 tiny多任务调度平台进行改进,使其满足了商用实时内核的基本需求。 最后,对新型记录仪的应用做了分析和总结,并提出了关于衍生产品的构想。 主要研究成果已申请国家专利。

【Abstract】 As an important instrument to record data, recorder has now been used on various kinds of industrial sites. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of computer hardware and software, computer technology has exerted an innovational influence on Industry of Instrument and Meter. Virtual technology-based intelligent recorder has now become a new trend in the development of recorders.The present thesis presents the author’s research on the R&D of 80C320 single-chip based Little Type Paperless Recorder. With the modularization and low cost designation, especially with the reasonable task scheduler and full usage of the hardware, the recorder system displays satisfactory stability, reliability and quality-to-price performance. The research findings were delivered to the cooperator in October 2003, and the product will be commercially available in May 2004. It is predictable that the Little Type Paperless Recorder will enjoy a wide acceptance in the market and a bright future in commercial terms.This thesis starts with the features and developing tendency of the recorder, and then discusses the realization of each functional parts of the Little Type Paperless Recorder, through a detailed introduction on its hardware and software structures, focusing mainly on the following innovative technologies:Methods for banks switch, which makes the program running fluently on multi-ROMs.Optimization of the task schedule mode, which realizes a creative division on system tasks as ’Reserve Task’, and has guaranteed the system a real-time response on the basis of ’Foreground/Background SystemIntegration of different methods such as Twice Measurement’, Twice Seizure’, ’Revision Online’ and ’Revision Offline’ in the metering process, which enables the system to meet a high-precision requirement(better than 2%0) at low cost.Usage of ’Double Buffer’, which makes the history search more easily.Upgrade of muti-task platform, RTX51 tiny, which empowers it to meet the requirements for commercial usage.Finally, in the conclusion part, the author summarizes the whole research and offers some new ideas concerning the Paperless Recorder.Some research findings have applied for national patent.
