服装用标准女子人体模型的研究与应用

【摘要】 服装纸样的设计规律一般是经过立体到平面、平面到立体的过程,这一过程所使用的重要工具载体就是人台。人台上运用立体裁剪的方法可以获得板型很好的服装纸样,制作完成的服装也需要在人台上审定造型的效果,人台已经成为服装设计与制作过程中不可缺少的重要工具。 如何设计和制作出符合我国国民体型特征的人体模型,一直是我国服装界历年来致力探索的问题之一。本文从国内外的人体模型的发展现状出发,分析造成我国人体模型现状的原因,在基础理论的层面上对人台作了研究与探索,对建立我国系列人台的号型尺寸提出建议,为使本文更加系统、完整,对人台的制作工艺与材料也进行理论分析与阐述,由日本对人台的研制过程得到启发,根据创造学中的思维法则和思维技巧,与专业知识相结合提出了人体线框模型的思想,试图用线框模型来解决人台的设计与制作,达到实用性的目的。 三维人体建模作为计算机人体仿真的一个组成部分,最早出现于航天工业的人机系统,随着计算机技术、计算机图形学及CAD技术的快速发展,三维人体建模也逐步进入到服装工业。在服装CAD中,二维服装CAD已相当成熟,有些功能已实用化,而三维服装CAD的大部分功能目前仍没有较好的实现商业化,其关键问题就在于三维人体模型的快速构造问题。 当前的研究方法是利用3D人体扫描系统等技术,一次性获得人体各个部位的点云数据点,利用基于体的方法对于封闭曲面上的数据点作三角剖分。这种方法对于分布比较均匀的点云数据点,可得到满意的效果。但对于分布很不均匀的点云数据点,应用此方法处理可能会出现三角网格拓扑不相容的情况。 在三维欧氏空间中,构造三维形体的方法是利用基本体素拼合成型和直接控制顶点两种。用基本体素进行拼合,对自由曲面形体的求交,以及此类形体的运算等,都是比较困难的问题。利用控制顶点进行形状设计,其所构造的曲线较易满足设计所需的数学特性,能保证曲线曲面连接处的一阶或二阶以上高阶导数的连续性。 本文在基于特征,特别是在确定特征部位的拟合曲线的基础上,结合参数化设计的思想,提出三维人体线框模型的造型方法,能够用曲线构造三维人体曲面,满足实用性三维人台的制作和设计的要求。如:等距离人台截面的形成、摘要在三维实体人台曲面磨光修正时控制一定精度的样板生成。 本文介绍的是利用线框模型思想来建立一种人体模型。建立起人体特征曲线的数学模型,在计算机上利用三次贝塞尔曲线来逼近人体模型的形状,来实现二维的纸样模型向三维人体模型的转换。 线框模型思想是运用创造工程学后思维的结果.总的思维路线是:几何形体元素是点、线、面、体。由它们构成的几何元素造型为线造型、面造型、体造型,线造型是线框造型,面造型是表面造型,体造型是实体造型。应用组合思维技法,将二维的线框造型和三维体造型结合起来,运用特征表示法,提出用三维线框构造人体特征曲面构想。整个研究成果归结于:在Visua1C++环境下的运用OpenGL的图形系统库函数实现三维人体线框模型。利用三维人体线框模型的各个曲线可以指导人台厂对人台的设计与制作、校正成品人台的板型。本文的学术性、实践性与先进性的价值,由人体的标量测量量去构成三维的立体人台,从而创新出一条人台设计与制作的应用之路。

【Abstract】 The design regulation of the garment pattern is the process of from plane to solid and from solid to plane. The important tool is mannequin in this process. Designer can acquire the good pattern of garment with method of rittaisaidan on mannequin, and the garments finished are needed to confirm the state of wear on body stand. In general, mannequin has become an important tool, of the process of garment design and manufacturing.How to design and manufacture the mannequin that match the bodily form of our citizen. This is one of the problems that are being groped by people of garment trade through years. This paper starts with the present condition of mannequin of home and abroad, and analyzes the reason of the present condition. The study researches mannequin on basic theoris, and puts forward the suggestion of establishing the series of our country’s body stand. For system and integrity of this study, manufacturing technics and material of mannequin are analyzed in theory. Getting inspire from the process of manufacturing mannequin in Japan and according to ideation rule and sleight of creation theory, and combining with apparel knowledge, this study brings up the thought of human linetype frame model and wishes to manufacture mannequin with it to meet the need of practicability.Three dimensional mannequin is a part of strypped-down body. It early appeared in the artifical and cyber-system of spaceflight industry. With the fast development of computer technique, computer graphics and CAD technique, the three dimensional mannequin has also enter the garment industry. In garment CAD, the part of two dimensional garment CAD has been well developed, which the part of function has been practical, meanwhile many function of three dimensional garment CAD still have not been realized well, which the key factor is the fast structure of three dimensional mannequin.In the three dimensional space, the method of constructing three dimensional object is two ways that are moulding of putting together element and direct controlling vertex. In the moulding of putting together element, it is very difficult for getting point of intersection of free curved object and such operation of these objects. Meanwhile, the shape design with control vertex constructs curve which can meet the mathematics characteristic in need and guarantee the continuity of the first differential coefficient or above the second differential coefficient.The study brings up the method of three dimensional human linetype frame model on the basis of curve simulation of certain characteristic part and the thought of parameter design. It may construct three dimensional body stand with curve and meet the need of three dimensional garment design, such as: the formation of mannequin section in equivalent distance.The paper introduces to establish a kind of mannequin with the thought of human linetype frame model. The shape of the mannequin is approached by Bezier curve on computer so as to two dimensional pattern converts into three dimensional mannequin. Three dimensional human linetype frame model is realized by applicating the graphics function of OpenGL under the environment of Visual C++. The curve of the model may guide the manufacture of mannequins at factory.This study has certain technicality, practicality and advance.
