DeviceNet现场总线在低压电器上的应用研究

【摘要】 现场总线是二十世纪八十年代末、九十年代初在国际上发展形成的广泛应用于过程自动化、制造自动化、楼宇自动化等领域的现场智能设备互连网络。这项以计算机技术、通讯技术和控制技术为主的综合技术,已经越来越成为自动化技术发展的热点。为了适应中国工业发展的需要,研究和开发自己的总线产品是十分必要的。 本文选取了工业上广泛使用的低压I/O模块为开发的本体,在其上实现现场总线之一的DeviceNet现场总线协议。旨在通过对普通I/O模块的DeviceNet现场总线接口的开发,研究DeviceNet现场总线产品的开发过程和DeviceNet通讯协议,希望对国内的DeviceNet总线产品的开发起到铺垫作用。本文的主要工作包括: 首先,概述了现场总线的特点、网络体系结构,并密切跟踪国内外现场总线技术的发展动态,对目前有较大影响力的几种总线的发展背景和技术特点进行了比较分析,指出了各类总线的优缺点及其应用领域。 然后,研究了DeviceNet现场总线协议,对协议的体系结构进行了分析。DeviceNet规范是一套完善、严密的协议体系,可以应用于各种不同的领域,本文主要对其在低压电器上的应用进行了研究,实现了DeviceNet通讯接口的软/硬件设计。 DeviceNet通讯接口的硬件设计采用了Philips公司的P87C591在片CAN控制器芯片来实现DeviceNet应用层协议,并用PCA82C250 CAN总线收发器实现到DeviceNet总线的物理接口。本文设计了从站通讯接口的硬件连接原理图,完成了硬件电路板的制作,并与woodhead公司的5136-DNP-PCI主站卡一起组成了一个典型的主/从网络,从而提供了一种易实现、高可靠的硬件解决方案。 DeviceNet通讯接口的软件设计采用C51语言来实现。重点设计了从站的重复MAC ID检测、预定义主/从方式通讯以及从站的状态转换等软件模块。按照DeviceNet通讯协议实现了从站各种对象,并用广州周立功公司出品的TKS-591仿真机进行软件仿真和测试。结果表明,从站能正常与主站进DeviceNet现场总线在低压电器上的应用研究行通讯,实现各种预定功能。 最后,本文对DeviceNet现场总线的开发进行了总结,摘要并就目前DevieeNet总线产品开发的趋势和热点给出了作者鲍二竺壑j刘‘DeviceNet,急线在低压电器上的应用和开发作了一些有益的探讨,希望对国内的总线产品的开发起到抛砖引玉的作用。

【Abstract】 Fieldbus is a kind of network for intelligent device of work field developed in the 80-90 of 20 century. It has been widely used in the fields of process automation, manufacture automation as well as building automation. As a new technology, The Fieldbus integrated computer technology, communication technology and control technology, and so, it has been the focus of the automation development of the world. It is necessary to research and development our own Fieldbus products in order to cooperate with the prospect of our country’s economy.This paper selects one of the low voltage apparatus on which to implement the DeviceNet Specification. The I/O module will be selected as the low voltage apparatus. The main intention is to research the DeviceNet specification and the development of the DeviceNet products via this work, and hope this work can do something for the development of the Fieldbus products. The main works of this paper are as follows:First, this paper describes the characters and the network frame of the Fieldbus, and keeps close watch on the new developments of the Fieldbus. The background and characteristics of several important Fieldbus are analyzed and compared, and their competent fields are also mentioned.And then, the DeviceNet specification is studied and its frame .is discussed carefully. The DeviceNet specification is a set of perfectly and logically protocol, and can be used for kinds of different fields. This paper researches its implementation on low voltage apparatus and realizes hardware and software design for the DeviceNet interface.The P87C591 microcontroller with CAN controller chip was selected to realize the DeviceNet specification, and the PCA82C250 CAN transceiver wasused for connecting to the DeviceNet bus. This paper designs the hardware circuit and completed the hardware manufacture of the slave node. The slave node combined with the 5136-DNP-PCI master board made by woodhead company make up of a typical master/slave network. An easy build and reliable hardware solution is available in this paper.The software of the DeviceNet interface was compiled by C51, including the duplicate MAC ID detect, the predefined master/slave connection set, the state transition diagram and so on. This paper realizes the objects of the slave according to the DeviceNet specification, and emulates by TKS-591 emulator. The results shown that the slave can communicate with the master as we have expected.Finally, the paper gives an abstract description for the development of the DeviceNet filedbus products. The trend of the development and research hot spot of Fieldbus are put forwarded. In order to prompt the development of DeviceNet products in our nation, the paper provides author’s opinions on both application and implementation of the DeviceNet Fieldbus on low voltage apparatus.
