织物悬垂性能分析及评价体系的建立

【摘要】 本文对织物悬垂性能评价指标给出了理论描述以及计算机实现方法,并对各评价指标进行了统计学分析,结合悬垂评价的实际需要,最后认为运用悬垂系数评价织物的悬垂程度,综合不匀指数评价织物的悬垂外观,悬垂因子评价织物综合悬垂性能,并根据不同情况辅以悬垂形态比,波峰半径离散系数,波谷半径离散系数,波峰分布角离散系数,波宽离散系数等指标的评价体系是可行的,并在此基础上运用Matlab对23种织物进行了模糊聚类分析,结果可行。 本文还对悬垂美感和悬垂外观形态进行了简单区分。织物悬垂具有变异性和保持性,织物悬垂变异性的根本是织物悬垂波峰数目的变化,且织物悬垂波峰数目接近正态分布,据此提出最佳波峰数目的概念。 通过对各评价指标的统计学分析,认为织物悬垂外观形态的讨论应该界定在某个悬垂系数的范围之内,F∈(15%,50%)比较合适;同时还发现了一些评价指标和悬垂系数之间在95%的信度下满足很好的数学关系,这些评价指标包括波峰半径均值、波谷半径均值、最大波峰半径、最大波谷半径、最小波峰半径、最小波谷半径、波宽均值以及最大波宽。其他评价指标与悬垂系数之间的关系因指标不同而异,诸如悬垂形态比随着悬垂系数的增大先减小后增大;波峰数目、波峰半径离散系数以及波宽离散系数随着悬垂系数增大而减小的趋势明显,且变化趋势有所不同;波谷半径离散系数、波峰分布角离散系数以及最小波宽具有随着悬垂系数增大而增大的趋势,且变化趋势有所不同。 不同的评价指标在悬垂外观的体现上对人眼的感官效果有所不同,文中会有相应的示意图加以说明。 由于织物悬垂具有变异性,所以针对织物悬垂测试时采用何种方式形成织物的静态悬垂,本文提出了织物静态悬垂还应该分为ds1静态悬垂和ds2静态悬垂两种情况加以讨论。ds1静态悬垂是依靠自身重力,或存在较小的径向力作用达到稳定的悬垂状态;ds2静态悬垂是指以某一种运动形式作为悬垂的实现方式使织物达到稳定悬垂状态。作者运用统计学的原理对该观点进行了分析和证明,发现ds1静态悬垂和ds2静态悬垂之间以及不同实现方式的ds2静态悬垂之间都存在一定程度的差异,最后认为ds1静态悬垂比较适合织物的静态悬垂测试。

【Abstract】 The article gives theory describing and method of computer implementation about each evaluation index of fabric draping behavior. Through analyzing evaluation indexes by using statistical theory combined with actual need of fabric drape evaluation, the author thinks applying drape coefficient to evaluate drape degree, the whole unevenness ratio to evaluate drape appearance state, drape index to evaluate the integration of fabric drape, with secondary indexes, such as drape state ratio, wave trough scatter coefficient, wave crest distribution angle scatter coefficient, wave width scatter coefficient is available. Meanwhile, based on five indexes above, the conclusions are proved through clustering analysis in the Matlab.The article gives simple description of differences between drape beauty and drape shape statue. Fabric drape has features of variation and consistence, and its variation is due to the change of drape crest number, which is close to normal distribution, according to this, the definition of optimal crest number is brought up.Through statistical analysis about evaluation indexes, the author thinks the discussion about drape shape statue should be limited from 15 to 50 percent of drape coefficient. Meanwhile, under the confidence of 95 percent, the certain relations between evaluation indexes and drape coefficient are found, and these indexes includes average crest radius, average trough radius, maximum crest radius, maximum trough radius, minimum crest radius, minimum trough radius, average wave width, and maximum wave width. Relations between other indexes and drape coefficient are different, for example, drape shape ratio decreases firstly and then increases followed by increase of drape coefficient, and crest number, CV of crest radius and CV of wave width generally decreases followed by drape coefficient, and CV of trough radius, CV of crest distribution angle and minimum wave width increases followed by drape coefficient.Sensory impressions evaluation indexes forms to eyes are different, and are showed in the accordingly figures.Because of variation of fabric drape, and how to form fabric static drape, the author thinks static drape should include ds1 static drape and ds2 static drape, the differences between ds1 static drape and ds2 static drape, and among ds2 static drapes are found. The ds1 static drape is available.
