城市污水回用系统的建立与优化

【摘要】 本文包括城市污水回用系统建立的必要性与可行性分析、城市污水回用系统的建立与组成、城市污水回用系统的优化以及城市污水回用系统的运行、管理与维护等几部分内容。 本文总结概括了国内外水资源及其污染现状,以及污水回用的历史和现状,并回顾了我国污水回用的历程和现状,分析了其发展趋势,即建立城市污水回用系统是解决城市水资源短缺、实现污水资源化的必然趋势。 本文通过对回用水在市政杂用及景观用水,即冲厕、洗车、浇洒道路、园林绿化、消防等几个方面的市场分析与预测,结合对我国近几年城市用水量和水源结构及其变化趋势,以及我国现阶段污水回用主要形式及存在的问题,分析了在我国建立城市污水回用系统的必要性。在城市中分质供水,以相对较低水质的回用水来满足巨大的市政杂用水和景观用水需求,以及日益增长的公共设施用水量,改变我国现阶段以具有投资大、成本高等特点的建筑中水为主要形式,充分利用城市第二水源——城市污水来缓解城市水资源危机。 结合国内外杂用水水质及景观用水水质指标,提出了城市污水回用统一水质指标和城市污水回用系统的组成,并对其各个组成部分进行了分析。本文从两个方面对城市污水回用系统进行了优化,一方面对污水处理再生系统的工艺进行了优化选择;另一方面从经济角度出发,运用经济静态评价指标,对城市污水回用系统的成本和投资回收期进行了分析,得出城市污水回用系统的最佳规模量为50,000~100,000m~3/d,对于我国实行城市水资源合理规划利用具有重要的现实指导意义。 此外,本文还对城市污水回用系统的运行、管理与维护进行了综合阐述,提出了一系列经济手段和行政手段来推动城市污水资源化进程,推动我国污水回用事业的发展。

【Abstract】 The dissertation is composed of four parts, which is the analysis of necessity and feasibility of establishment of Municipal Wastewater Reuse System (MWRS), components, optimization, operation, management and maintenance of MWRS.It is summarized the situation of water resource and its pollution, the history and situation of wastewater reuse at home and abroad. The history and situation of wastewater reuse in China is reviewed, and analyzed the tendency, that is to establish the MWRS to solute the shortage of urban water resource, to realize the wastewater reutilization.By analyzing and predicting the market of reuse water, analyzing the municipal water demand and the structure of water source in recent years, analyzing the main methods and problems of wastewater reuse in China, it is put forward the necessity and feasibility of establishing MWRS, by supplying different quality water to satisfy the demand of toilet washing, automobile washing, green belt sprinkling, street flushing, fire demand and scenic water etc, which change the main method of wastewater reuse in china, utilizing municipal wastewater to relieve the urban water resource crisis.Combining the relative water quality standard at home and abroad, it is put forward the reuse water quality standard. It is analyzed the components of MWRS, and optimized the MWRS from two aspects, one is the selecting of process in the treatment and reclamation system, the other by using static evaluating index analyzed the cost and investment withdraw period concluded the optimum scale of MWRS is 40,000- 100,000m3/d, which can direct the scheme and use the urban water resource.In addition, it is expounded the operation, management and maintenance of MWRS, putting forward a series of economic and administration methods to impulse the municipal wastewater reutilization.ZHENG, Hui (Environmental Engineering ) Supervised by JIANG, Pei-hua
