PC——PLC混匀取料系统的研制

【摘要】 本课题来源于武汉钢铁股份有限公司工业港。武钢工业港作为武汉钢铁集团最重要的原料场,其生产效率和运营情况直接影响到武钢的生存和发展。应其要求,我们对其关键料场设备——QLG1500·40A滚筒式混匀取料机进行整体电气系统升级改造。本系统采用上下位机的结构模式,以PC机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机。主要内容包括系统总体设计,传动部分设计,控制部分设计和上位机监控部分设计。 论文首先阐述了系统的总体设计,给出了系统整体构成,介绍了系统的工作原理。对原系统存在的问题,进行了详细的研究和分析,指出了原因,并给出了相应的解决措施,对系统关键的技术难点——左右行走不同步问题,提出了实时自动纠偏技术,很好的解决了问题。 其次,系统取料作业时,行走速度要求非常低,而在退车时,速度又要求较高,调速比达250:1,在对直流调速进行了分析比较后,选取全数字直流调速装置TPD32。通过对软起动技术的分析,滚筒电机和料耙电机采取晶闸管软起动方式,降低了起动电流,从而避免过大的电网压降和机械冲击力。 控制部分,由于系统对可靠性和稳定性要求非常高,结合先进、可靠、经济实用的原则,并考虑到用户的实际情况,选取了Schneider公司的Quantum系列PLC。概述了PLC的主要功能特点和工作原理,并以工程的实际应用论述了PLC的选型、I/O分配、组网通信、应用程序设计和安装及维护注意事项。 上位机监控部分,应用组态软件,以工程应用为基础实现了画面制作、动画连接、实时数据库、生成报表、故障报警以及与EXCEL的数据交换。很好地实现了现场监控和数据采集管理。 本系统现已投入运营,状况良好,极大地提高了工作效率,取得了良好的经济效益,受到了用户的好评。

【Abstract】 This paper was from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation’s Wugang Industry Port. As the most important raw and processed material basement, Wugang Industry Port makes great influence on Wugang’s survival and development especially through its manufacture efficiency and operation condition. In response for their demand, we made an overall electric upgrade on its key installation of the material basement QLG150040A roller blending reclaimer. This system was designed as the PC-PLC structure. This paper contains such chapters as follows: the overall design of the system, the design of transmission department, the design of control department, the monitor and control department to PC.At first, this paper introduced the overall design of the system, the structure, the principle of its operation, then a detailed study and analysis was made according to the original one, give the reasons and measurements. The on-time automatic correcting theory was brought forward aiming at solving the problem of line unsynchronization-the key problem of the system.At second, when undertaking the task, the request to the walking rate was not so strict, while when moving back, the request was strict, the ration of it goes to 250:1.TPD32 was chosen out after some analysis and comparison of DC timing. The soft starter style was chosen on the thought of when start induction motor it is better to reduce the starting current in case of excessive wallop. Some intense analysis was made on the technology of soft starter.Then it goes to the part of the control department, because the system calls for a very high reliability and stability, according to the principle of high-tech, economy, reliant and the actual situation of the user, Schneider Company’s Quantum series PLC can be the best choose. The selection of PLC, the distribution of I/O, build network to communicate, the design of application programs and the points for attention during installation and maintenance after the PLC’S main function and operation principle was first outlined.In the chapter of PC monitor and control, the frame production, the cartoonconnection, the on-time database, the coming out of reports, the hitch alarming and the data exchange with EXCEL were introduced on the basic of actual application using. The monitor and control on the spot and data collection have been improved a lot.This system has been put into practice and always in good conditions. It has improved the working efficiency extremely, with high economic profits returning. All users praise it.
