基于IntraWeb的SolidWorks标准件库图文信息系统

【摘要】 CAD技术是先进制造技术的重要组成部分,是计算机技术在工程设计、机械制造等领域中最有影响的一项高新应用技术。计算机网络技术、CAD/CAM技术的发展,为CAD技术的应用奠定了良好的基础。 网络技术是实现设计与制造一体化所必须的手段,基于网络的虚拟设计与制造不仅可以显现包括设计与制造在内的全部生产过程,以达到降低成本、缩短设计与制造周期、快速响应市场的目的,还可以实现产品的异地写作设计与制造。 这些年,随着工业的发展,在机械产品设计中对标准件的使用也越来越多,人们为了避免重复的劳动,纷纷提出和建立了各种形式的三维机械标准件库。这些标准件库的建立和使用,提高了设计效率,充分体现了计算机辅助设计带来的经济效益。但是由于各单位和部门所建的标准件库的使用目的和标准不同,而且很多标准件只是供创建单位内部使用,无法达到共享资源的目的,因此本文提出了基于网络的虚拟设计的思想,并进行了初步尝试,建立了虚拟零部件库。建立CAD标准件是实施CAD应用的基石和提高CAD应用水平的重要途径。 本项目用SolidWorks进行零部件建模,以IntraWeb平台和COM/DCOM组件技术为核心,应用Delphi开发环境进行B/S模式下的多层分布式应用开发,讨论了SolidWorks标准件库的建立方法和IntraWeb应用的开发机制,利用Delphi调用SolidWorks提供的API(应用程序接口)进行二次开发,传入相应参数并对模板文件进行尺寸参数驱动,实现了IntraWeb平台下SolidWorks标准件实体模型和标准件尺寸参数库的建立,同时提出了一种新型的分布式虚拟设计思想和解决方案。 本系统在初步实现了利用Web浏览器直接浏览三维模型、建立留言簿进行实时交流、利用IntraWeb平台实现了数据的远程浏览和查询、建立可以直接用于虚拟产品设计制造的标准零部件库等功能的基础上对基于网络的虚拟设计做了初步探讨。 本文融合虚拟现实技术、数据库技术、网络技术等一系列高新技术,对基于IntraWeb的动态交互式Web运作方式进行了详细的论述,设计了基于武汉理工大学硕士学位论文W七b的国家通用标准件库网上查询、浏览、发布等功能模块,并应用新型的设计与管理理念,讨论了面向企业的标准件库的建立以及一种新型的网上信息发布和共享途径。本文所做的工作是对我国发展基于网络的虚拟零部件库的一次可行性尝试,具有一定的实用性和先进性,但有待实现产品化和商品化。随着我国制造业计算机应用水平的不断提高和与通用件生产厂商等相关部门的进一步合作,相信我国在虚拟设计领域一定会有比较成熟的电子商务系统出现。

【Abstract】 CAD technique is a composing of advanced manufacture technique. It is the most high-class and new application technique in the field of engineering project and machinofacture, and so on. With the development of computer network techinque and CAD/CAM, it makes a good base for application of CAD technique.Network technique is a necessary measure and theory to realize the coherence between design and manufacture. The design and manufacture based on the net not only can show the total production process of design and manufacture, but also it can carry it’s point to debase the cost, shorten the circle of design and manufacture and quickly response to the market, it also can realize synergetic the design and manufacture of product in different zone.To the disperse group in geography, we can use web as a tool to sustain the job. With the development of industry, standard parts more and more are used in the design of mechanical product. For the sake of avoiding repeated labor, people bring forward the advice to make a java standard library and have created some java standard libraries. Using it, we can increase the design’s efficiency, it adequately show the economic benefit brought by CAD. But because different unit’s java standard libraries has different aim, and some unit’s java standard libraries only be used in their interior, at present, it can’t be shared. We bring forward a idea that is making a virtual parts library in the web. Creating the virtual parts library in the web is a base to actualize the application of CAD,also is a important approach to improve the applied level of CAD.The paper mainly make a development of multiplayer distributed application based on B/S mode under Delphi environment by using COM/DCOM component technique and IntraWeb platform, discusses the way to set up standard entity library in SolidWorks and mechanism of IntraWeb. By the help of Delphi and API provided by SolidWorks, it develops the library ofstandard parts and size parameters based on Intra Web, bring forward a new-style thought and solution of distributed virtual design.The system basically realize that browse three-dimension model using web browser, set up message board to obtain real time communication, long-distance browse and query data using IntraWeb platform, establish the useful standard parts library to virtual design and manufacture, and so on. And make a primary discussion on virtual design based on network.The paper combine a series of top grade technique such as virtual reality technique, database technique and network technique and so on, particularly discuss the running way of active alternating website based on IntraWeb, design a standard model library underlying WEB including inquiring, browsing and republishing and so on, apply new-style way of design and management, bring forward a new-style way of republishing and sharing information on WEB. What we have done is only elementary study to how to develop our virtual parts library on network, reach some level of practicality and have certain advanced technique, but is expected to realize production and commodity. With the development of computer’s level in manufacturing and cooperation with the correlative department, we believe that we will have mature electronic commerce system in the field of virtual design in the future.
