汽车独立悬架中扭力杆的特殊功能分析与研究

【摘要】 汽车悬架是车架与车桥之间的动力连接装置。它可以降低汽车在不平路面上行驶时车架与车身的振动,对汽车的行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适性有很大影响。扭力杆是汽车悬挂系统中一个重要的零件,起到传递力、缓和冲击与振动的作用。扭力杆的失效形式为扭转断裂,它关系到汽车在行驶中的安全。本文通过对扭力杆在独立悬架中的功能研究,探索出如何提高独立悬架系统性能的方法。 本文的研究方法是通过建立扭力杆与独立悬架的数学模型,以理论分析为基础,结合具体的悬架结构,运用ADAMS和MATLAB软件,对研究的对象进行仿真分析,使设计人员在近似真实的模拟条件下能够更好的对目标进行研究;同时,还引入了参数化的设计方法,通过编程,增加了人机交互式界面,可灵活的对悬架导向机构主要构件的空间几何尺寸进行动态调整;在优化设计过程中,针对汽车悬架运动学、动力学的特定要求,对具体的目标进行优化设计,从而获得良好的行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性。此外,从行驶安全性的角度,详细探讨了扭力杆在工作时的应力问题,对影响因素进行了分析,为扭力杆的设计提供了参考依据。 通过研究,作者明确了独立悬架与扭力杆的内在联系,认识了扭力杆在悬架中的功能特性及其影响规律,从而有助于对悬架系统性能的改善,整车综合性能的提高。

【Abstract】 The suspension system is the device which connects the frame and the axle. It can reduce the vibration of the frame and the body assembly on rough road and has great effect on smooth driving control stabilization and ride comfort. The torsion bar spring is an important part in the suspension system and has the functions of force transfering impact alleciating and vibration attenuating. Its invalidation of turning rupture leads to driving safety problems On the basis of research on the torsion bar spring in the suspension system , the paper finds the way to enhance the performance of the suspension system.The paper establishes the mathematical model of the double wishbone independent suspension, analyses the specific structure in theory, uses the softwares of ADAMS and MATLAB to simulate the functions which arenearly similar with the actual working conditions. At the same time ,the paper adopts the way of parameterized design, programs to adjust the systemparameters conveniently and inducts the optimize design with the concrete targets to improve the suspension system performance. Furthermore, the paper particularly discusses the stress phenomena of the torsion bar spring under working condition in safety aspect , analyses the factors of influence and sets up the foundation for design.In this paper, the author finds the inner relation between the torsion bar spring and the independent suspension system and understands how the torsion bar spring affects the functions of the independent suspension system . All that will redound to the performances amending of the independent suspension and the vehicle.
