超声治疗仪控制电路的设计与研究

【摘要】 超声波是频率高于20KHz的机械波,它可由多种能量转换器转变而成。目前,医用超声波的范围多在1~15MHz,是由压电晶体在交变电场作用下发生机械振动而产生。适当剂量的超声照射生物组织可以起促进生长、康复和调节机能的作用。例如:用0.5~1W/cm~2强度照射心脏,可治疗冠心病;用0.5 W/cm~2以下强度照射可治疗眼底出血,加快伤口愈合。 早在30年代初,国外就已经将超声用于治疗。我国在这方面起步稍晚,到50年代才在少数几家医院开始应用这项技术,经过几十年的发展,我国在超声治疗领域已经取得显著的成绩。在国内重庆海扶(HIFU)技术有限公司多年来从事超声治疗设备的研制,其海扶刀、海扶妇科超声治疗仪等超声设备一直处在国内的领先地位。此种设备由于精密度高、功能强大,治疗效果明显而受各大医院的青睐。但针对目前流行的家庭治疗,由于其体积大、操作复杂、价格昂贵,很难被家庭采用。目前国内市场上较为流行的针对家庭应用的微型超声治疗仪大多数结构相似,存在着如制作工艺差,自动化程度低,操作繁杂,可调节声功率范围窄,自动保护功能弱等共同缺陷。 为此,该课题借鉴美国一种便携式智能型超声治疗设备,研制了一种单片机控制系统,它以AT89C51单片机为核心控制部件,对超声波治疗仪的输出量、治疗方式及时间进行精确可靠的控制,使之智能化、小型化,从而在临床治疗中更加安全、有效、方便。 本论文共分五章。第一章简要介绍了超声医学的发展概况,包括超声波的概述及超声治疗的机理等。第二章对超声治疗中较为重要的超声换能器进行了介绍,列出了换能器的主要性能指标及分类方式等。第三章重点介绍了超声治疗的高频正弦波产生电路的设计与实现,在详细列出了开关电源的技术指标、基本原理、基本电路形式等基础上给出了该系统采取的设计方案。第四章是本论文的一个重点,详细描述了超声治疗仪中功能控制单元的设计与实现方法,详尽的给出了硬件设计原理图和相关的程序流程及说明。第五章作为一个总结,指出了论文所做的工作和存在的不足等。 本论文所研究的治疗仪经过设计与调试已形成产品,但针对一个超声治疗领域,许多工作仍有待于进一步的研究。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic is a kind of mechanical wave that frequency is upper 20KHz. Ultrasonic may be generated by many ultrasonic transducers. The iatrical ultrasonic is about 1-15MHz at present, which generated by piezoelectricity crystal at the function of alternant electric field. Appropriate ultrasonic irradiation will accelerate tissue growth, have the function of healing and adjustment. For example, ultrasonic irradiate heart by 0.5-lW/cm2 will heal coronary heart disease; irradiate eyeground by 0.5 W/cm2 will accelerate hemostasia.Ultrasonic treatment begins at 1930s. In China, the aspect begins slowly, only a few hospitals apply this technique at 1950s, but along with the rapid development, the applications are more and more. In domestic, Chongqing Haifu(HlFU) Technology Co., Ltd is the best at the field of ultrasonic treatment, it’s products of Haifu Focused Ultrasound Tumor Therapeutic System and Haifu CZF Ultrasound Gynecology Diseases Therapeutic Device is in the highest flight internationally. These products are with good graces by many super hospitals, high precision, strong function and well-treated effect are the main reasons. But those don’t fit therapy in families, because it’s big, expensive and the manipulation is very complex. The equipment for cure in the family are coarse, the degree of automation is low and can’t ensure security.Therefore, we need develop a kind of ultrasonic treatment equipment which of making a kind of overseas equipment use for reference. The equipment use MCU AT89C51 as core, control treatment mode and dosage accurately for the purpose of miniaturization and intelligent.The full paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduces the ultrasonic iatrology, including the summarization of ultrasonic and the mechanism of treatment etc. Chapter two introduces the ultrasonic transducers that are important in the field of ultrasonic treatment. The main index and sort of the ultrasonic transducers are listed. Chapter three introduces the design and realization of sine wave coming into being in high frequency. On base of listing the technical index of switch power supply, basal principle and circuit, thechapter expounds the scheme and comes into being. Chapter four is a main chapter, that expands the design and realization of control cell, lists the circuits and programs. Chapter five summarizes the work the paper did and lists the deficiency.The ultrasonic treatment equipment the paper researched has come into being by debugging and modification again and again. But with regard to the whole field of ultrasonic treatment, lots of endeavor is need.
