计算机视觉检测在逆直线法肋骨冷弯加工中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着现代工业的发展,人们对生产自动化的要求越来越高。造船业作为国民经济的重要组成部分之一,其生产过程不断地向着自动化、数字化、信息化方向发展已经成为不可逆转的必然趋势。在造船生产中,船体型材的加工是占有重要地位的生产环节之一,其加工效率、质量对整个造船生产的效率以及质量都会产生重大的影响,所以进行船体型材加工自动化的研究是具有重大意义和广阔市场前景的。 本文在对国内外现有的型材冷弯方法进行研究的基础上,结合新兴的计算机视觉检测技术,提出将计算机视觉检测技术应用于肋骨冷弯控制过程,并就该问题进行了较为深入的分析、研究,编制了控制软件,取得了初步的成果。本论文共六章,具体内容为: 第1章 概述了国内外船体型材加工的现状、逆直线法的研究现状以及视觉检测技术的发展状况,论述了进行本课题研究的目的及意义,提出了本文研究的主要内容。 第2章 扼要地介绍了逆直线的相关理论,其中包括逆直线的基本原理及其数值计算的算法。 第3章 首先介绍了位图图像的基本理论,为编写图像处理软件做好理论准备,然后较详细地阐述了肋骨逆直线的提取及其算法。 第4章 首先介绍了有关相关系数以及直线拟合的数学理论,然后阐述了求解逆直线相关系数的编程思路,其中包括对逆直线在位图中摆放方式的分类讨论、逆直线端点的搜索、求解旋转角度、旋转后求解相关系数等几个环节。最后对逆直线进行拟合。 第5章 介绍了以视觉检测为控制方法进行肋骨冷弯时加工控制参数的选取、回弹的处理方法以及加工量的求解,并以此为基础讨论了冷弯过程。 第6章 对全文工作进行了总结,并对今后的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern industry, automatic production is required to be higher and higher. Shipbuilding is an important component of national economy. The production process of shipbuilding will be more automatic, digital, information. This tendency is continuous and can’t be stopped. In the production process of shipbuilding, section processing is an important part, the efficiency and quality of which will affect the efficiency and quality of whole shipbuilding process. So it is very meaningful and profitable to research automatic ways in which we can process section efficiently.Having studied the current ways in which national and overseas shipyards produce ship and the visual inspection technology which is rising in recent years, this paper puts forward that visual inspect technology can be used in section processing. The paper also analyses and discusses this question. After creating a program which is used to control section processing, the paper acquires some preliminary achievements at last. The paper consists of six chapters.In chapter 1, the aim of the study is proposed. The development and present situation of section processing, straighten anti-curve line method and visual inspect technology are introduced. At last, the main content of this paper is proposed.In chapter 2, the theories about straighten anti-curve line are introduced concisely. The basic principle and calculation about straighten anti-curve line are included .In chapter 3, the basic theories about bitmap are introduced as the preparation for programming at the beginning of this chapter ,then the way in which the straighten anti-curve line is identified from background is introduced in detail and programmed.In chapter 4, mathematical theory about related coefficient and fitting of straighten anti-curve line is introduced at the beginning of this chapter, then how to program to calculate related coefficient is introduced including discussing the appearance of straighten anti-curve line in bitmap, searching the ends of straighten anti-curve line, calculating the angle bitmap should be turned,calculating related coefficient after bitmap has been turned. At last, straighten anti-curve line is fitted.In chapter 5, how to choose parameter used in controlling frame processing with visual inspection technology and how to solve spring-back of frame are proposed in detail. On this basis, the whole process of cool bending frame is discussed in the paper.In chapter 6, a summarization of the paper is given and the farther research works are proposed.
