水泥土搅拌桩复合地基沉降控制理论设计方法研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的增强、城市化进程的加速,建设工程得到了迅速发展,随之而来的是不良地质条件的迅速增多。为了满足地基的强度、变形及抗震等要求,必须对天然的软弱土地基进行人工处理。水泥土搅拌桩复合地基,由于其经济效益显著,施工便捷而又无环境污染,被广泛应用于各类工程实践中。 水泥土搅拌桩加固技术从发明到现在,其历史不过短短几十年,无论从加固机理,还是设计计算方法,均存在不完善的地方,仍处在探讨研究之中。由于技术手段和工程实测数据的不足,水泥土搅拌桩复合地基设计理论中沉降计算远不如承载力研究得更深入、成熟。在现行规范中仍然采用的是承载力极限状态设计计算方法。在满足建筑物使用功能要求的前提下,如何按照变形控制设计的原则,使得水泥土搅拌桩复合地基方案更加安全可靠、经济合理,是本文研究的主要内容。 本文在总结前人的理论和实践成果的基础上,结合工程实例,利用MATLAB.5.0工具,采用复形调优法,按沉降控制设计原则,对水泥土搅拌桩复合地基方案设计参数的优化进行了初步的探讨,得出了一些有益的结论,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 With the increasing of national economy and the accelerating of cityward course, the project of construction makes a rapid progress,then companied with the increasing of inferior geological condition. We must deal with the crude soft soil artificially in order to meet the demand of groundsill intension, distortion and anti-seismic etc. Mixed Soil-cement Piles composite ground is widely used in varies project because of it’s remarkable economical benefits and constructing conveneonce-shortcutly without no circumstance pollution.However, the history of Mixed Soil-cement Piles reinforcement technique is only about tens years from invented to now. Not only mechanism of reinforcement but also design, computing method have some faultiness .Some are still in the state of discussion researchSettlement computing in the design theory of Mixed Soil-cement Piles composite ground is not researched as maturely as bearing capacity computing because the means of technique and engineering-measure data are absent. So the methods of design and computing about limit condition of bearing capacity is still adopted in present criterion.Under the precondition of meeting the demand of construction’s using function, the main content that is researched in this article is how to make the scheme of Mixed Soil-cement Piles composite ground on the safe side economical and reasonable, according to the rule of the design for deformation controlThe article, which is based on formers’ theory and practice, combining with the example of engineering, utilizing the tool of MATLAB.5.0, using optimizing by plural modality method, makes a primary discussion on the design parameter of the scheme for Mixed Soil-cement Piles composite ground, according to the rule of the design for Settlement controlment method. Then we can get some useful conclusion which has definite instructive meaning for engineering practice.
