制造业企业生产物流理论及应用研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断深入,近年来,物流一词不断出现在我国的各种媒体和书刊杂志中。自从人类开始进行商品交换活动以来,物品或是商品就开始进行着从商品的供应者向商品的需求者的流动;而人们开始用物流这个词来描述这种流动,并把它当作一种学科,认真地进行研究,并将之用于解决生产、生活中的有关问题的时间却并不长。 当前,无论是物流学术界还是理论界,关注的焦点似乎都集中在流通领域,大家都在大谈特谈采购、配送、物流园区、配送中心等等,而对生产领域的物流关注较少。正如一位日本物流专家所说,存在于生产中、和生产紧密相连,难以明确划分和单独计算的物流费用,犹如冰山埋在海面下的部分,是我们更应注重的。本文关注的是微观物流,也就是企业物流。企业物流由四部分组成:供应物流、生产物流、销售物流和回收、废弃物流。论文对物流领域中与生产紧密相关的部分——生产物流,进行了论述。对国内制造业生产物流现状、存在的问题进行了探讨,结合现代制造业的发展对物流的要求,将生产物流领域中业界先进的管理理论和方法,如流程再造、最优生产技术(OPT)、精益物流、准时化生产(JIT)等,运用于制造业生产物流的实践中,以期取得降低物流成本、提高企业竞争力的效果。 论文第一章主要是对物流和生产物流的概念与特点、物流管理发展的现状与趋势进行论述,着重指出了国内制造业生产物流中存在的问题;论文第二章主要对在物流管理理论界较先进的、与生产物流紧密相关的管理理论进行介绍,为第一章中指出的存在问题寻求解决方法;论文第三章主要对改造制造业生产物流的方法和途径进行论述,对物流作业内容、时间、动作、方法,物流通道与储存场所,物流器具,物流信息传递方式、手段,原材料、在制品、半成品、成品库存等分别进行了分析和阐述;论文第四章结合两个案例,说明物流管理是一个系统工程,并在第一个案例中,着重使用OPT理论来解决生产物流中存在的问题,从而优化整个物流系统。 论文的创新点在于:①理论联系实际,对武钢工业港的生产物流进行了深入调查,并获得现实的数据,对解决现场问题具有一定的指导作用。②运用制约因素理论及方法对生产物流的瓶颈进行分析,并寻找解决生产物流瓶颈的方法。

【Abstract】 With the deep development of our country’s innovation and opening process, in these years, "Logistics"-the word always appears in all kinds of medias and books. Since human being began to exchange their goods, the goods began to flow from the supplier to the customer; while the time is not very long when people began to use "Logistics" to describe this flow and study it seriously as a kind of subject, then use it to solve the related problems both in production and in life .Nowadays, both in academe and in enterprise, what the people pay attention to is focused on the area of circulation . They all talked about the stock, distribution, the logistics-park and so on. They cared little about the logistics in production. Just like a Japanese expert said, the fee of logistics, which was connected with production and was hard to separate from and to calculate alone, was like the part of the iceberg which was under the sea. That should be what we must pay attention to now. What this paper focused on is the micro-logistics, that is logistics in enterprise . It is consisted of four parts: supply logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics and returned-waste material logistics. This paper discussed the production logistics which is in close relation with the production area. This paper discussed the situation of production logistics and some exist problems in some inner manufacture enterprise. With the requirement of the development of modern manufacturing to logistics, use some advanced management theories and methods in production logistics to the practice , in hope to decrease the logistics cost and improve the ability of competition.The chapter one mainly discussed the definition and characteristic of the logistics and production logistics, the present development situation and the trend of the logistics management, pointing out the current problem in production logistics of manufacturing ,?the chapter two mainly introduced some advanced management theories which were connected with production logistics closely, finding the solving methods for the problems in chapter one; the chapter three mainly discussed the way of rebuilding the production logistics of manufacturing, expatiating the content , time, method of the production logistics and the logistics implement , discussing the passing way of logistics information and the stock of raw material, making product, product and so on ; the chapter four showed two cases to emphasize that the logistics management is a system industry, in the first case, using "OPT" theory to solve the problem in production logistics and optimizing the whole logistics system.The innovation points of the paper is: (1)put the theory into the practical use, making the deep research to the production logistics of industry port of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation , getting the actual data and playing the direction role in solving practiceproblem, (2)use the restrict factor theory to analyze the choke point of production logistics finding the method to solve the choke point.
