【摘要】 县域农业是我国农业的基本单元和重要组成部分，既是国家农业的基本力量，又是县域经济的基础。黑龙江省县域农业能否实现可持续发展既直接影响全省农业和县域经济的发展，也将对全省经济与社会发展产生深刻的影响。为此，本文以黑龙江省县域农业为特定的研究对象，在理论分析与实证研究的基础上，从理论与实践相结合的角度，深刻思考了影响黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的主要问题，阐述了促进黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的基本对策。全文主体部分主要包括以下内容：第一部分 农业可持续发展的基本理论，包括可持续发展的基本思想，可持续发展的内涵及特征等具体内容。第二部分 黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的现状和问题，包括县域农业的界定及其基本特征，黑龙江省县域农业的现状及黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展存在的主要问题等具体内容。第三部分 促进黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的基本对策，包括黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的意义及具体对策等内容。第四部分 黑龙江省县域农业可持续发展的实证分析，在对拜泉县进行实地调查研究的基础上，全面分析了拜泉县发展生态农业，促进县域农业可持续发展的基本做法与主要经验。本文采用了系统研究、比较分析、实地调查等研究方法。本文最大的创新之处是把县域农业作为特定的研究对象，其理论意义有二：一是在一定程度上丰富了县域经济发展理论；二是在一定程度上深化了县域农业的基本理论及农业可持续发展的理论。其实践意义有四：一是可为制定域经济发展战略提供必要指导。二是可为全省农业可持续发展战略选择提供依据。三是可为全省农村全面建设小康社会战略目标体系的丰富与完善提供借鉴。四是可为县级人民政府制定县域农业可持续发展提供直接帮助。具有较强的针对性、实用性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Country-scale agriculture is essential cell and important component of Chinese agriculture, essential power, and base of country-scale economy, whether or not country-scale agriculture in HeiLongJing Province can realize sustainable development, it will impact on the development of whole province and country-scale economy directly, and impact on economy and social development of whole province profoundly. Therefore, this thesis is based on theoretic analysis, demonstration research and point of view on theory and practice to study country-scale agriculture in HeiLongJing Province, it thinks primary questions on country-scale agriculture and sustainable development, expatiates essential countermeasures to accelerate country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province.The main of this thesis as follows:The first studies deal with essential theory of agriculture sustainable development, consists of essential idea, connotation and character of sustainable development, etc.The second studies, status in quo and questions to country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province, consists of plot and radical character of country-scale agriculture, actuality of country-scale agriculture and existent primary questions of country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province, etc.The third studies, essential countermeasures to accelerate country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province, consists of significance and content of country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province, etc.The forth studies, demonstration analysis on country-scale agriculture sustainable development in HeiLongJing Province, based on investigation and research on the spot in BaiQuan county, comprehensively analyzes the development of ecological agriculture in BaiQuan county, essential modus operandi and master experience to accelerate country-scale agriculture sustainable development.This thesis uses practical methods such as systemic research, comparison analysis and investigation and research on the spot. The biggest innovation of this thesis is looking country-scale agriculture as the special research object. There are two theoretic meanings in it: one is it enriches the theory of development of county-scale economy to some degree; the other is it deepens the basic theory of county-scale agriculture and sustainable development to some degree.Also there are four practical meanings: Applying necessary guide for formulating regional economical development plans. Applying thereunder of choice of stratagem of agriculture sustainable development of the whole province. Applying use for reference of enrichment and perfect strategic goal to consolidate the Foundation of an Overall Well-off Society in countries of the whole province. Applying direct assist with county government to establish country-scale agriculture sustainable development.This thesis has better pertinency, practicability and maneuverability.更多还原
