高寒地区太阳能保温猪舍的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文针对北方地区冬季气候寒冷、持续时间长的特点,研制和开发了三种适应高寒地区的太阳能保温猪舍。对太阳能保温猪舍的保温性能、吸收太阳能的能力进行了定量计算和分析;根据热平衡原理,计算出三种太阳能保温猪舍在最冷月份时合内的平均温度;采用动态现金分析法对猪舍的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益进行了分析,得出采用太阳能保温猪舍,能加快猪的生长,减少饲料消耗,降低饲养成本,提高农民收入,改善农业生态环境,是经济效益、社会效益、生态效益一举多得的项目。对研制和开发的三种太阳能保温猪舍进行了示范、推广,并进行了试验测试,猪舍内温度都符合设计要求,猪舍保温性能好,结构新型,并有较佳的太阳能收集效果,在黑龙江省内尚属首创。此外,还制定了《农户用保温猪舍建设技术规范》(DB23/T186-2002),为科学化、规范化建设太阳能保温猪舍提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at characteristics of frigid zone in this paper, we developed and exploited three kinds of solar-energy preservation pigpens available for frigid zone. We calculate and analyze quantitatively heat preservation characteristics and solar energy-absorbing capacity of solar energy preservation pigpen. According to heat balance theory, we calculate three kinds of average temperature of solar energy preservation pigpen in the coldest month. We analyze economic, social and zoology benefit of pigpen by dynamic cash analytic method and draw conclusion that we can increase pig’s growth, diminish consuming of feedstuff, decrease raising cost, increase farmers’ income. Improve agricultural zoology environment by adopting solar energy preservation pigpen which is an item with economic, social and zoology benefit. We spread three kinds of solar energy preservation pigpen developed and exploited and do the experiment and check. In the end, we know that temperature of pigpen meet the design demand with excellent heat preservation capability and novel structure and fine solar energy collection windows which is original in Heilongjiang province. We establish building technique criterion establishment of heat preservation pigpen available for farmers (DB23/T186-2002). which provide foundation for standardizing reasonably the building of solar energy preservation pigpen.
