电力行业交流指示仪表自动校验系统装置的研究

【摘要】 在科技高速发展的今天,各行各业的生产和发展都离不开电力,电力是我国国民经济发展的主要能源之一。因此电参数计量的准确可靠,对保证我国经济的发展至关重要。交流仪表的正常使用,对保证发供电的安全生产、电能计量的准确可靠、电参量量值传递的准确可靠,发挥着至关重要的作用。目前国内交流指示仪表领域存在需要多人同步进行、校验设备多、操作复杂、人员误差大和劳动效率底等诸多缺点,加之电工校验台技术等级低,已经无法满足现代化校验交流指示仪表的需要。近几年来,国内陆续的交流标准源,存在着体积大、等级低、功能单一、输出功率小和无法程控等问题;国外公司开发的交流校验仪,输出功率很低,无法校验指示仪表,而且价格十分昂贵,不适合我国的国情。根据这些情况,我们提出交流指示仪表自动校验系统装置的研究。采用这种技术设计的测试装置具有表源和一、性能稳定、等级高、附加误差小、操作简便、便于使用等优点。本课题所做工作主要包括以下几个部分:1)分析目前仪表专业存在的问题和需要改进的方向;2)对系统进行总体的分析设计,并分别进行标准源和校表软件的设计,同时进行了交流标准源误差分析;3)在总体分析设计的基础上,进行子系统的分析设计;4)介绍系统的功能和使用方法,并对系统测试中出现的问题提出相关的解决方法;5)最后,是本设计课题的结论和展望。在本课题设计过程中,充分考虑到我国的具体国情,利用当代新器件,研制全电子式、高等级、多功能程控交流标准源,并将标准源与计算机控制相结合,研制出具有校验、数据采集、误差计算和数据打印等功能的校验设备,实现交流仪表的自动化或半自动化校验,使我国交流仪表的校验和管理达到一个新的水平。

【Abstract】 With the development of high-technology, all trades’ production and development need electric power which is one of the main energy .So the accuracy of electrical parameter caculation is very important for our country’s economic development .The normal usage of AC indictor is very important for guaranteeing electricity’s safety production and accuracy of electrical parameter caculation .Now the area of domestic AC indictor has lots of shortcomings such as demanding many people synchronous proceeding ,equipment operation complicacy and personnel error etc. So it can not demand the need of modern AC indictor checking. Nowdays , domestic AC standard sources are large size ,low level ,single function and unable programmed control. Meanwhile , foreign AC checking instructors are outputting power and very expensive which are not suitable for our country.According to this , we design the system of AC indictor’s automatic examination. This lesson includes several parts:1. The Analysis of current problem in the field of indictor and the need to improve;2. Total analysis and design of the system. ,and the design of Standard Sources and Software of autor(?)atic examination; analysis the error of AC standard sources;3. The design of son system’s analysis and design, including the function and methods of it;4. The problem and solution of system testing and the solution.5. Finally, conclusion and the improvement of the system.During the design of this project ,our country’s practical situation are fully considered .Using contemporary new apparatus, developed electronic device advanced multi-functional programmable AC standard sources into the computer programmed control .Developed the checking equipment which has multil-functions such as check, collect data, mirror caculation and data copy to achieve checking automatic or half-automatic of AC metor .It will make AC Indictor’s check and management to reach a new level.
