TPM在红塔集团设备管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 TPM是以设备的维护管理为切入点,通过所有员工积极参与的自主保全活动与点点滴滴不断改善的过程,为企业构筑防患于未然的机制,它对降低生产成本,提高生产效率,改善企业经营管理,增强企业竞争力起着重要作用。 本文在研究及分析TPM的基础上,结合国际国内一些成功推进TPM活动的企业的经验,以及红塔集团生产一部的实际,在红塔集团生产一部设备管理中导入TPM活动。着重研究了TPM活动体系的建立,和按照总体规划具体推进实施TPM活动。确定了从改善提案活动,自主保全活动,效益最大化活动等三个方面推进,按照5S活动为基础,改善提案活动作促进,自主保全活动成规范,不断改善是核心的思路推进TPM活动。在TPM活动体系建立的研究中,深入分析了推动TPM活动的必要性和困难,确立了既切合实际又行之有效的活动体系。在活动推进实施的研究中,解决了国有企业推进TPM活动遇到的一些问题。形成了一套全员参与,注重基础保养,防患于未然的职务性的监护制度和自主小组活动相结合的设备管理新模式,因而对提高设备综合效率和增强企业活力起到了巨大的促进作用,更重要的是使企业从意识转变到使用有效手段进行设备管理,以人为本,增强了全员参加意识,构筑了防止灾害、不良、浪费的体系,同时促进了企业设备管理理念的根本转变。 本文的研究成果在红塔集团得到实施,并取得了良好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 TPM is the procedure that is based on management and maintenance of equipment, which improves the enterprise gradually.Take TPM action,build the nip in the bud system,It will take an important part in reducing the costing,increasing the productivity,improving the management and enhancing the competition of enterprise.This article imports TPM action in product department 1 of the hongta group,based on researching and analyzing TPM,combining experience of enterprises that succeed in TPM action,the fact of product department 1 of the hongta group.Mainly research the building TPM action system and implements TPM action in detail according to the whole project.Confirm to implement TPM action from 3 ways: improving pattern action,saving from damage independently and maximizing benefit action.Implement TPM action by improving pattern action,saving from damage independently,improving continuously based on 5s action.Analyze deeply the necessity and difficulty in implementing TPM action,build the active system that is practical and efficient.Resolve the problems in implementing TPM action in state-owned enterprise.Form a set of equipment management new mode combining functionary wardship system -that make all employees join in actively, pay attention to the basic maintenance and nip in the bud,with group activity independent.It will do well in improving equipment integrative efficiency and enhancing enterprise livingness.More importantly enterprise is changed from consciousness to building system of avoiding calamity,badness and waste by using efficient method on management of equipment,basing on human,enhancing participance of all employees. Synchronously facilitate enterprise to change radically the conception of equipment management.The accomplishment of researching in this article have been implemented in the hongta group,and yielded good result.
