基于现场总线的高速滤嘴棒接收机计数系统

【摘要】 随着生产的发展和生产结算方式的需要,取得高速卷接包组的滤嘴棒消耗数量,明确生产消耗数据,已势在必然。顺应生产需要和决策要求,结合不断发展的工业自动化及计算机网络技术,依托于成熟可靠的成套数据处理系统,本论文实施了玉溪红塔集团(烟草)有限公司生产一部滤嘴棒接收机计数系统。该系统为生产成本核算提供实时精确的数据,基本功能包括信号检测、处理、监测、统计、储存等。本文阐述了当前玉溪卷烟厂滤嘴棒接收的数据统计的现状,介绍了数据采集和现场总线的相关知识,进行了系统的整体方案设计、软件开发及安装调试,解决了以下两个关键技术问题。 ① 利用PLC控制及检测技术,通过对滤嘴棒传送过程的信号采集,解决滤嘴棒的精确计数问题。 ② 利用先进的计算机及网络技术,对滤嘴棒的数据进行管理,提供各种精确的嘴棒消耗报表。 该系统投入使用后,运行稳定,误差范围约为负的万分之0.38至正的万分之0.56,达到了精度万分之五的设计要求,做到了信息处理现场化。

【Abstract】 With the development of manufacturing and the need of the way of manufacturing settlement, it is inevitable to have the filters’ depletion amount and ensure the depletion data. Complied with the requirements of manufacturing policies, combined with the developing industrial automation and computer network, relied on ripe data processing system, in this paper the filter receiving machine system in the Hongta Tobacco Group is introduced. In this paper the following points are mainly stated and concentrated on: data collection and concerning information of Fieldbus; the combination of the whole system and its realization; the whole planning of the system and the software development and its installation and debugging. Further more, in this paper the following problems are solved: how to count filters exactly with the help of PLC and the testing system; how to deal with the amount of filters and give a report about filters’ exact depletion with the help of computer and its net. After testing, the system runs well. The range of error is between 0.38 ten-thousandths negatively and 0.56 ten-thousandth positively. The precision of designing reaches 5 ten-thousandths and gets a good on-the-spot demonstration of information processing.
