集中式心电监护系统的信号测量及通信方法的研究

【摘要】 生物医电测量及监测仪器的研究是生物医学工程中最基础、应用最广、与其他分支学科联系最密切的研究领域。在临床医疗与监护中,自动监护仪是及时获取患者的生理信息、发现异常情况、及时采取处理措施及降低死亡率的有效手段之一。目前普遍采用的监护手段是医生护士在床边观察病人的床边监护。因此,研究一种能实现自动监测、远程控制、集中式的监护系统是必要的、有意义的、具有应用前景的。 本论文在分析研究国内外有关研究现状的基础上,提出了几种集中式心电监护系统设计方案,并对其进行了可行性分析。文中还给出了系统各部分的设计原理和方法。所研究的心电监护系统应用了现场总线CAN总线技术、无线遥测技术、嵌入式Internet技术以及数据压缩技术。设计的监护系统除了能传送心电数据外,还可传送呼吸、血压等人体生理参数数据。系统以较低成本实现了对患者心电信号的远程、实时的监护与记录,记录的数据可用于计算机分析处理和供医护人员参考。 本论文主要做了以下几个方面的研究: ①探讨了心电监护系统的实施方案。 ②探讨了生物电信号特性以及设计了心电信号的采集电路。 ③将CAN通信技术应用于医院监护系统,设计制作了集中监护的CAN适配器。 ④使用短距离无线通信技术设计制作了中央集中式无线监护系统集中器,完成了硬件电路的调试工作。 ⑤设计制作了基于嵌入式Internet模块的数据转发电路,并用C语言编写运行于嵌入式Internet模块内的相关程序。 ⑥研究心电数据压缩技术应用于心电监护系统。 ⑦完成了科研样机的硬件设计,为下一步的产品开发奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 The research on the biological medicine electric measurement and the monitor is the most basic and important research field in the biological medicine engineering, and it also closely connected with other branch of the biological medicine engineering. In the clinical medical treatment and monitor, auto-monitor is one of the most efficient means to get the physical information of the sufferer timely and to discover the accidental situation timely. It is also the most efficient way to deal with the accidental situation and to reduce the death rate in time. At present the monitor means used widely is the bedside-monitor of the doctor and the nurse. So it is very necessary and worthy to study an automatic, long-distance and concentrative monitor system.In the paper, the design scheme of the concentrative centralized electrocardiogram monitor system is proposed and the feasibility is analyzed on the foundation of domestic and abroad actuality study. At the same time, the design principle and method of every part in the system are also given. Several techniques, CAN bus, embedded Internet, wireless remote measure and data condensation, are used in the centralized electrocardiogram monitor system in this paper. The system can transmit the data of human physiology, such as cardiogram, respiration and blood pressure etc. and make the long distance and timely monitor and record by comparably low cost come true. The data can be used in computer’s analyzing and the nosocomial staff’s reference. This paper is mainly doing the following research:a) The practical plans of the electrocardiogram monitor-system are discussed.b) The characteristic of bioelectricity is discussed and the circuit, which is use to measure ECG is designed.c) The CAN communication technology is applied in nosocomial monitor system and CAN’s adapter used to concentrative monitor system is designed.d) It is also discussed for the basic theory and the application scheme of short distance wireless communication.e) The way of ECG’S data compression applied to monitor-system is studied.f) The circuit about Wireless ECG data’s transceiver is designed and the related running program of the embedded Internet model is written by using the C Program.g) The design and the debugging of the hardware are finished, which provides a better base for the product ulterior exploitation.
