【摘要】 论文研究了在制造型工业园区中如何构建竞争优势，即怎样从工业园区微观的组织机构与组织活动两方面来研究建立园区竞争优势。首先，论文从认识国内、外园区发展历程着手，总结了园区发展类型及特点，分析了工业园区发展出现差异化的原因，提出了工业园区发展差异化对工业园区竞争优势形成以及工业园区持续发展的重要作用，并对工业园区竞争优势的内、外特征作了阐述。然后，论文从工业园区内的组织机构与组织活动两个方面探讨工业园区竞争优势的形成机制，并通过建立一个模型来说明工业园区竞争优势的来源。文章分析了工业园区竞争优势来源的园区组织机构与活动，以及园区组织机构与或活动形成工业园区竞争优势的机制及过程，并对建立工业园区竞争优势的误区作了介绍。在此基础上，文章讨论了工业园区传统竞争形成过程，工业园区竞争优势构建过程，并对两者不同点进行了比较研究。最后，文章对重庆花溪特色工业园区应如何建立竞争优势作了案例设计，具体阐述了工业园区应怎样建立竞争优势的思路。本论文在调研的基础上，从建立工业园区竞争优势的微观结构进行研究而提出的建立工业园区竞争优势思路，对工业园区竞争优势建设有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article introduce how to construct the competition advantage in processing industrial zone, Namely studying how the competition advantage is constructed from organization of microcosmic both organization and movement about industrial zone. First of all, article summarize the type and the difference of industrial zone from foreign and domestic aspects, and put forward that the difference is important for construct competition advantage and gain continual development, and introduce the inside and outside characteristic of industrial zone. Second part, Article probe into the constructed mechanism of competition advantage in industrial zone from organization structure and organization movement, and introduce the source of competition advantage through establishing a conceptual model. Article analyses the source of advantage element of industrial zone, introduce the mechanism and course of competition advantage in industrial zone, and also set up mistaken idea of advantage. On this basis, the article discuss both the traditional competition forming process of industrial zone and the competition advantage constructing course of industrial zone, and compare the difference of them.At last, Article make Chongqing huaxi characteristic industrial zone which should how to set up competition advantage a case to explain the thoughts of setting up competition advantage in industrial zone concretely.
