【摘要】 攀钢炼钢厂新上“大方坯连铸机”项目是攀钢根据市场需求，也是适应市场变化的情况下提出的。 为了最大限度地降低生产成本，提高经济效益，在此项目中采用了过程系统优化技术。 本文在介绍了控制系统的基本条件、控制要求以及部分相关生产工艺中的生产机械设备和电气性能的基础上，具体分析和构建了该过程控制系统。 本文简述了当前连铸发展的一些特点和国内外连铸发展的趋势，分析了工业以太网ETHERNET和现场总线PROFIBUS-DP的结构和通讯协议。基于现代控制技术的发展、网络技术以及过程优化技术的应用，主要说明过程控制系统的硬件设计和功能的实现。 在本文中，对以下过程控制系统进行了详细介绍： ● 生产计划管理系统 ● 材料跟踪系统 ● 切割控制管理系统 ● 切割长度优化模型 ● 二冷控制系统 ● 软压下控制系统 ● 质量保证系统 该系统采用了最新的工艺模型、人工智能技术、计算机技术、数据库技术、控制技术的知识，包括过程管理、数学模型和过程优化系统，实现生产过程的高度透明性。 攀钢上“大方坯连铸机”项目，将具有很好的经济和社会效益，同时可加速新技术、新工艺在攀钢应用的步伐，也为自动化控制系统在攀钢企业推广、实施提供了一套较为有效的、可供借鉴的方法和模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet for the changes and requirements of market, PANGANG Iron and Steel CO. have being set up bloom continuous casting machine.For the maximum requirement of cost savings and rising the economic benefit an optimized automation system has been introduced in this bloom continuous casting.Based on the describing the basic conditions, control desires of control system and performance of production equipment for mechanism and electric , this dissertation analyzes in detail and builds up this process control system.This dissertation states nowadays characters of developing and trend of continuous casting on domestic or international situation.
