【摘要】 21世纪人类将进入知识经济时代，创新是知识经济的灵魂和动力所在，技术创新则是知识创新、转化的核心与关键。多年的技术创新实践证明：民族要进步，国家要强大，企业要腾飞，个人要发展其关键就在于创新。作者经历了长征电器集团的“九五”技术创新活动和实践。本文以长征电器集团为研究对象，运用技术创新理论和相关的管理学原理，剖析了该公司自1979年改革开放以来，在当时企业整体技术水平较低，产品结构单一，生产装备落后的情况下，以技术进步为先导，不断引进国外先进技术和装备，坚持不懈地狠抓企业技术改造和产品结构调整，依靠不断技术创新，从一般中小型加工企业迅速发展成为大规模生产和开发高技术新型工业电器，技术和资金密集程度较高的专业现代化大型企业集团的历史过程。长征电器集团的成功经验表明，国有中小企业通过技术进步和技术创新，在向社会主义市场经济转轨的条件下，只要企业遵循市场规律，是可以得到充分发展的。 文章还对该公司的技术创新模式、创新产品结构、组织结构模式与企业R&D机构进行了深入的研究。表明企业技术积累水平是企业开展技术创新工作的重要内在条件，企业必须实现资本和技术的同步积累，才能得到健康发展。企业技术创新模式的选择是可变的，在不同的发展阶段会有不同的选择。 本文的研究表明，影响企业创新产品选择的因素是众多的，但主要因素会因企业在工业产业链中所处的地位不同而有差异。对大型工业企业而言，以强化产品线和产品品种之间的互补，弱化替代为方向的产品结构优化调整，对企业形成核心竞争能力有极其重要的作用。企业的机制和管理创新对企业技术创新有明显的促进作用。企业组织结构的变革，会对企业技术创新模式和过程带来影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21st century, human will enter a knowledge-economy’s age, people have recognized that innovation is the power and the kernel of knowledge-economy, however technology-innovation is the key of turning knowledge-innovation into practical efficiency. Many years the practice’s result of technology-innovation shows that the key of nation progressing, country becoming power, enterprise growing up ,and individual development is innovation. Auther has experienced Chang Zheng Electrical Apparatus Group’s Nine-fifth- technology innovation.Taking Chang Zheng Electrical Apparatus Group as the research object and utilizing technical innovation theory and the relevant management principle, this essay analyzes its development process. Chang Zheng Electrical Apparatus Group once was one of comparatively low technical level with single product structure and out-of-date manufacturing facilities in 1979. Since reform and opening policy was practiced, the company gradually introduced the foreign advanced technology and facilities. Guided by developing technology, it paid more attention to technical reform and adjusted product structure, so it rapidly developed and became a large-scale professional and modern enterprise group from a common medium-scale enterprise. Now, the company engages in developing and manufacturing high-tech new electrical apparatus with advanced technology and large capital. Successful experiences of Chang Zheng Electrical Apparatus Group’s development shows that, under the condition of the current socialist market economy, depending on progress and innovation on technology, the medium or small-scale state-owned enterprise would develop well by following the market principle.The essay also makes the further research on technical innovative mode, innovative product structure, organization structure mode and R&D department of the company. It indicates that the accumulated enterprise technology level is the important internal condition for the enterprise to carry out technical innovation, and the enterprise must simultaneously accumulate capital and technology for the healthy development. The technical innovation mode is changeable, and the enterprise shall choose different modes in different development phases.Referring to this essay, there are many elements to affect the enterprise choosing innovation products. However, the main element shall differ for the enterprise lies the different level in the industrial enterprise chain. For the large-scale industrial enterprise, itmust strengthen complementary effect between product line and product type and pay less attention to product structure optimization adjustment. By this way, the enterprise would from the core capability for competition. The system and management innovation of the enterprise shall obviously promote technical innovation, while change on organization structure of the enterprise shall affect technical innovation mode and progress too.更多还原
