电力生产工程计划管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 直辖后的重庆,电力工业迅猛发展,大量电力建设和技术改造纷纷实施,工程管理任务益加艰巨。然而目前采用的管理方式相对落后,迫切需要采用新技术、新手段和新方法来提高管理效率。工程管理中有大量的项目信息传输和存储需求,而网络和数据库技术就是能有效解决该类问题的成熟技术,由此论文结合实际情况,尝试采用这些技术解决面临的问题。 作为课题研究的技术背景知识,论文简要地回顾了网络技术的发展和应用历史,对先进的.NET技术进行了重点阐述,同时还概要地介绍了关系数据库技术的基础知识。 在电力生产工程计划管理系统的概要设计中,论文从体系结构、工作模式和软件实现方式等方面给出了系统结构框架。在系统的实施中,文章则分别从后台数据库、前端界面以及报表模块等方面具体阐述了待考虑和解决的主要问题。 接下来在系统详细设计和方案实现中,论文主要从三个方面进行论述,即①后台数据库设计与实现:系统采用Sybase数据库管理系统作为后台数据服务,通过对工程管理的流程整理和分析,给出了建库的实施过程,同时采用了数据集市技术实现工程信息的管理,采取文件和数据库结合的方法对文档信息进行管理;②前台界面设计与实现:在课题的研究中,应用先进的ASP.NET技术创建Web应用程序,它结合了桌面程序强大的交互能力和Web方便的信息发布能力,而在后台数据访问中采用ADO.NET技术来完成;③报表模块设计与实现:论文在总结目前多种报表的优缺点后,提出了一种Web报表解决方案,即通过客户端的软件实现信息查询并将返回数据导入Excel中,借助其强大和灵活的表格处理能力,在电力生产工程计划管理系统中实现用户定制报表功能,其中Web服务技术起了关键作用。 论文综合应用了数据库、数据集市、.NET和Web服务等先进技术,设计和实现了“电力生产工程计划管理系统”,它建立了电力建设信息的网络传输和存储功能,其应用覆盖公司下属各个企业所有生产工程管理过程,在生产工程管理中完成了对信息技术的应用实践。

【Abstract】 Rapid development has taken place in electric power industry in Chongqing since it was directly under the jurisdiction of central government, and a lot of electric power constructions and technology reconstructions have been carried into execution in succession, thus the task of engineering management becomes tougher and tougher. However, the management mode lags behind comparatively, new technology and method must be adopted in imminence in order to enhance management efficiency. Plenty of information in project needs to be transferred and stored, the mature technologies such as network and database can solve these problems effectively. In this thesis, those technologies were introduced to meet the demand which comes from practice.As the backgrounds of this research, the history of network development and application was reviewed briefly in this thesis, the advanced technology of .NET was explanation in detail, and the basic knowledge of relational database was introduced generally.In this research, the outline design of power engineering system is comprised of three aspects: system structure, wok pattern, and software implementation mode; the implementation stage was separated into background database, front-end interface and report module, and lots of problems were brought forward.In the section of realizing the detailed design and implementation of the system, the thesis dissertated the above three aspects in emphasis. Firstly, the design and implementation of background database: ’Sybase’ database management system was adopted in this system to provide data service and database can be built through analyzing the construction operation flow; data warehouse technology was introduced in this research as well. In the meantime, the integrated method combining the file system and database was adopted into the document management. Secondly, in the front-end interface part, the ASP.NET was applied to create web applications which have good mutual capacity and strong release capability, and ADO.NET was used for data accessing. Finally, as for report module, by summarizing many kinds of report forms, a kind of web report forms’ solution was put forward. In this scheme, users can get information from remote database server and then input them into Excel application with the help of client software. Because Excel has powerful and flexible capability in handling tables, users can make customized report by themselves. In this course, web service has made crucial effect.Database, database warehouse, .Net and web service technologies were combined in this thesis, and a project management of electric power production engineering was designed and implemented at last which accomplished electric construction information transferring and storing and can be used in electric power activities. It’s practice of information technology’s application.
