实时数据采集技术及自动控制技术在智能住宅领域中的应用

【摘要】 随着网络技术的飞速发展以及人们生活水平的大幅度提高,人们对住宅的需求已从追求简单的生存空间向着追求数量、质量、功能、服务等多重需求过渡。高质量、高自动化、高智能化、高实用性的住宅小区管理系统是本课题研究的目标。 本文通过对住宅小区智能化技术发展,国内外小区智能化产品的应用现状的了解,以及国内小区住户、物业管理部门、供水供电供气专业管理公司对小区智能化产品的需求状况的调查,提出了集水、电、气等资源计量及安全监控于一体的住宅群智能管理系统是符合目前国内市场主流需求的小区智能化产品,要求其性能可靠、安全适用、节能经济的。论文研究了实时数据采集技术及自动控制技术在智能住宅领域中的应用,系统地介绍了HG2000系列数据采集及安全监控系统的功能、结构及原理,深入的剖析了该项目中的主要问题及解决办法。该系统是一个应用于住宅群的能够完成远程抄录多种电子计量表,远程监测现场各种状态、远程控制现场设备的计算机网络系统。 该系统具有一定的先进性,良好的实用性和可靠性。应用前景十分广阔。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of network technique and great improvement of standard of people’s living, the need of house has been changed from only the living space to the multiform needs of quantity, quality, function, service, and so on. High quality and high automation and high practicability are the goal of this thesis.This paper is aimed to develop an intelligent management system of residential areas, a combination of measurement and monitoring of water, electricity and gas system, which is safe, reliable and energy saving, in accordance to the requirements of current market in China. It studies real-time data-collection technique and application of the automatic control technique in the intelligent residential areas. The paper expounds HG2000 data-collection process, the function, construction and principle of the security monitoring, and also analyzes the main problem and corresponding resolutions involved in the project in a deep-going way. HG2000A Intelligent Security Monitoring and Data Collection System is a network computer system in residential areas, capable of remote reading of various electronic meters, remote monitoring of site statuses, and remote control of site equipment.The System is Advanced and useful, it has a very bright future.
