外掺MgO混凝土拱坝变形性态研究

【摘要】 本文以广东某外掺MgO混凝土拱坝为例,研究分析了外掺MgO混凝土拱坝的变形性态。主要研究内容如下: 1、对外掺MgO混凝土的自生体积变形试验资料进行综合分析研究,在此基础上,探讨了外掺MgO混凝土自生体积变形的指数模型和双曲线模型,并建立了外掺MgO掺量为4.5%混凝土自生体积变形模型。 2、在深入研究三维有限元仿真分析理论的基础上,针对外掺MgO混凝土的特点,参与开发研制了一套能仿真外掺MgO添加剂的大体积混凝土结构温度场与应力场的分析程序。 3、结合广东某外掺MgO混凝土拱坝,对其施工过程进行了模拟,完成了坝体的温度场、自生体积膨胀场、应变场、应力场及位移场的实时仿真分析,同时结合原型观测资料的分析,对仿真分析成果进行了验证。 4、通过对掺MgO混凝土拱坝和不掺MgO混凝土拱坝的分析比较,进一步验证了外掺MgO混凝土快速筑拱坝技术的可行性和科学性,为外掺MgO混凝土在拱坝上的应用提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 One concrete arch dam with MgO admixture in GuangDong province was regarded as an example in this paper. The arch dam’s deformation characteristic was studied. The main contents are as follows:1. The experimental data of autogenous volume deformation of concrete with MgO admixture (MgO concrete for short) was comprehensively analyzed, then the exponent model and hyperbola model for autogenous volume deformation of MgO concrete were discussed. At the same time, the autogenous volume deformation model of concrete that has 4.5% MgO content was developed.2. The simulated analysis theory of three dimension FEM was deeply studied. According to the characteristic of MgO concrete, a simulated analysis program that can analyze the thermal field and stress field in the mass concrete with MgO admixture was developed by the author together with others.3. With the consider of one MgO concrete arch dam in GuangDong province, its construct course was simulated and its thermal field, autogenous volume expansion field, strain field, stress field and displacement field were also analyzed. At the same time, the simulated analysis theory and accuracy and rationality of the program were validated in comparison with the prototype observation data.4. By comparing the concrete arch dam with MgO with the concrete arch dam without MgO, the feasibility of the fast construction technology of arch dam with MgO concrete was verified, which provided scientific evidence for the application in concrete arch dam with MgO admixture.
