【摘要】 随着系统理论和优化技术的发展，尤其是近年来大系统理论的深入研究，使一个区域或流域水资源优化配置成为可能。雷州半岛随着高速的经济发展和自然资源的开发，经历着迅速的城市化发展。区域内水资源发生了重大变化，研究水资源优化配置问题较为迫切。正是基于这种考虑，本论文从可持续发展的角度，重点研究以下内容： 1、综合分析了雷州半岛水资源的特点、开发利用现状和进展情况； 2、对雷州半岛水资源合理配置与管理的综合对策措施进行了研究； 3、对鹤地水库以上流域产汇流规律及洪水预报进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of system theory as well as optimization technigue, especially the deep layer research of large system theory in recent years, it is possible to make water resources optimization and position fixing for a region or a basin. With the higher speed development of economic and exploitation of natural resources in Leizhou ithmus, the urbanization development is rapidity. Water resources of this region occurrenced more important changes, it is urgent to study the problems of water resources optimization and arrangement. It is based on the reasons, the following contents are researched in this paper.1. The characteristics of water resources ,current conditions of development ,utilization and it’s process in Leizhou half island are comprehensive analyzed.2. The synthetic countermeasure and measure water resources optimization as well as arrangement are researched.3. The both of runoff yield and flow concentration are resesrched in Hedi reservoir.更多还原
