【摘要】 国际货币制度在经历从金本位制、布雷顿森林体系到牙买加体系的演变后，在全球金融一体化的背景下又出现了区域汇率协调安排和货币区域化趋势。欧元的成功启动和中北美地区的货币合作以及拉美国家的“美元化”是这种趋势的具体表现。二十一世纪，世界将可能形成两个主要的货币区——欧元货币区和美元货币区。作为世界经济的重要一极，亚洲各国(或地区)有必要加强本地区内的金融协调与合作。亚洲区域内货币面临着重新整合的挑战，而引人关注的焦点就是东亚地区的区域货币合作问题。本文就是在这样的背景下酝酿而成，本文首先对区域货币合作理论进行了梳理，指出了理论中存在的不足之处，同时也总结了区域货币合作实践的经验教训，从中得出对东亚区域货币合作的启示。其次，分析了东亚区域货币合作的背景、必要性、可行性及实施东亚区域货币合作的成本与收益，又探讨东亚区域货币合作的路径选择。通过理论创新，结合目前已经存在和拟启动的次区域经济合作实践，本文认为多重货币联盟路径是更符合东亚地区实际的货币合作方式。最后，根据前面分析得出的结论，提出了构建东亚区域货币合作机制的具体措施，并指出了机制运行中存在的主要障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the development of the gold standard, the Bretton Woods System and the Jamaica system, under the background of global finance integrated, it appears regional exchange rate coordinate arrangement and monetary regionalization. Successes of Euros start, and Middle-North America regional monetary cooperation, and the " dollarisation" of Latin American countries, there are the obvious trends. In the 21stcentury, world may form two main monetary areas-Euros currencyAreas and U.S. dollar currency Areas. As an important polar of international economy, it is necessary for Asia various countries (or area) to strengthen financial coordination and cooperate in of this area. Asian regional monetary faces the challenge that integrates newly one emphatically. And the focus of attracting people’s attention is the regional monetary cooperative problem of East Asia. This paper was fermented under such a background.At first, the paper that theories about regional monetary cooperative go on conscientiously to comb. It point out weak point that the theories exist, and summarize regional monetary cooperative experience and lessons of practice at the same time, it draw the enlightenment with monetary cooperation in East Asia. Secondly, it has analyzed the certainty and feasibility with monetary cooperation in East Asia. Through the essential statements of background, certainty and meaning of monetary cooperation in East Asia, It summed up and analyzed the feasibility with monetary cooperation in East Asia. It is then to the route choice with monetary cooperation in East Asia. Draw lessons from the theory’s innovation and experience, from it have and plan sub-region economic cooperation at present, the multiple route of monetary unions accords with the real monetary cooperative route in East Asia even more. Then it analyzes the cost-income with monetary cooperation in east Asia. Adopt which commonly used country origin law to go on and analyze,according with East Asia national conditions, it use the analytic approach of group of nation. Finally, The conclusion of following from front analysis structures the concrete monetary cooperative mechanism of East Asia.
