【摘要】 从世界银行业的整体发展来看，商业银行业务经营管理制度作为金融制度变迁中最活跃的内容之一，经历了混营、分业、综合三个发展阶段，代表着商业银行制度变迁发展的方向。随着世界范围内兴起的金融自由化、全球银行并购的浪潮，商业银行综合化经营的广度和深度在以前所未有的程度发展。银行业的综合化已成为当今最为关注的热点之一，它对全世界的银行业竞争格局、商业银行在本国和国际经济中的作用、商业银行自身的发展模式，特别是对商业银行制度方面产生越来越重大的影响。 随着我国加入WTO，在世界银行综合化潮流中，我国银行业与世界发达国家银行业在制度和技术上的差距及由此产生的效率差距也进一步加大。如何在我国银行业综合化发展趋势中采用合适的银行制度模式，贯彻市场化的效率准则和激励机制，深化商业银行的制度改革，在参与国际银行业的竞争中占据优势，为我国经济建设发挥积极的作用，是本文的目的所在。 本文首先阐述了商业银行制度的内涵，描述了马克思主义理论及新制度经济学关于制度及制度变迁的理论论述。提出了商业银行制度的定义、构成、基本功能与目标。其次，用历史的分析方法对商业银行制度进行了总结，论述了商业银行制度历史变迁中三个阶段的制度特征及理论特征，提出了由市场力量和国家力量共同主导下的综合银行制度变迁的理论特征及引导性制度变迁模式。再次对商业银行制度做了横向的比较分析，论述了商业银行制度的趋同性和差异性。最后根据中国的实际情况，分析了中国商业银行制度的历史变迁过程和现实银行制度变迁的综合化趋向及动因，提出了中国商业银行制度综合化的模式及商业银行制度的具体要求和内容，为中国的商业银行制度改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the whole development of the world’s banking, it experienced the period of fixed business, separate businesses and synthetic business , among which the commercial Bank’ s business managing system, as one of the most active contents in the vicissitude of the monetary system, represents the direction of the vicissitude of the commercial bank’ s system with the rising wave of the worldwide monetary liveralisman and the gloval bank mergence, the width and the depth of the synthetic business of the commercial bank develops towards the unparalleled level, the synthetic business commercial bank has become nowadays focus . It has more and more influence on it gloval competitive style , on the function of the commercial bank in the domestic and international economy and on the mode of the commercial bank’ s development, especially on the aspect of system of commercial bank. With out country’ s entering WTO, in the wave of the world wide bank synthesis, the distance between our banking business and world’ s developed banking business on system and technology as well as the efficiency has become enlarged .How to employ the proper mode of the bank system in the tendency of the synthetic development of our banking business, to carry owl the market’ s efficiency policy and encouraging system, to put forward the reforming of the commercial bank’ s system, to take preference in the competition of the international banking business, to have the positive function for oureconomic construction.This article tinselly explains the connotation of commercial bank’ s system, describes Marxian and the new system economics, puts forwards the definition essential function and target of the commercial bank’ s system on the theory Of the system and its vicissitude; Secondly, summarizes of historic analysis puts forwards the features of both system and theory for the three period in the historic vicissitude, and the instructive node of vicesitudesystem of the theory of it synthetic bank system’ s vicissitude with the force of market and nation;Thirdly, illustrates the identity and difference of the commercial bank’ s system through the horizontal analysis for its system; Finally , according to china’ s reality , analyses the processes of the Chinese commercial bank’ s system , the synthetic tendency of the vicissitude of realistic bank’ s system and the reason for synthesis , puts forwards it synthetic mode of the Chinese commercial bank’s system and the specific request and content of the creation of commercial bank’ s system , providing the reference for the reform of the Chinese commercial bank’ s system.更多还原
