齿轮连杆机构的分析与综合

【摘要】 齿轮连杆机构可实现多种多样的运动,是一种日益发展、用途广泛的组合机构,所以很有必要对其进行研究,使其能更好地满足生产实际的需求。通过新的思路和方法,本文对这一课题进行了研究。(1)首先介绍了现有文献中齿轮连杆机构在结构分析与综合、运动分析与综合和动力分析与综合方面的研究状况。(2)引入杆组法对组合机构进行结构分析,将组合机构拆成基本机构和杆组,明确运动传递的路线,根据由此生成的组合方式框图,对一些组合机构重新归类。同时引入齿轮连杆基本杆组的概念,将一些颇有争议的齿轮连杆机构归为基本机构。(3)对平面六杆低副基本杆组进行低副高代,得到平面六杆低副基本杆组可生成的所有的齿轮连杆基本杆组,然后利用本文的方法求出它们各自的特征矩阵,对这些齿轮连杆基本杆组进行同构识别。(4)在得到的齿轮连杆基本杆组中选取三个高级齿轮连杆基本杆组为例,采用杆、轮分离法进行了运动分析,给出了详细分析过程。(5)分析并总结了两种摆线控制的齿轮连杆滑块组合机构的参数设计公式,用优化法对其进行了设计,指出了现有文献中的一些错误之处,同时根据各自的位移公式推导了它们的速度和加速度公式。(6)对第(4)点中的三个高级齿轮连杆基本杆组进行动态静力分析,给出了详细的分析过程。(7)对两个含有高级齿轮连杆基本杆组的齿轮连杆机构采用质量流和派生转动惯量流的思想进行惯性力和惯性力矩完全平衡。质量流和派生转动惯量流的方法具有思路清晰,无需进行繁琐的推导就可得到惯性力和惯性力矩完全平衡的条件的特点。

【Abstract】 Geared linkages mechanisms can realize many kinks of motions; it is a kind of increasingly developing used widely combined mechanism. So it is necessary to research on it, make it meet the demands of production better. By new method, the article does some study on it.(1) Firstly, it presents the research of geared linkages on structural analysis and synthesis, kinematical analysis and synthesis, dynamical analysis and synthesis in existing literatures.(2) Analyze the structures of combined mechanisms by the Assur grouping method, divide combined mechanisms into basic mechanisms and groups, identify their transmission route, then show the structure and transmission route in block diagrams. Based on the block diagrams, classifies some combined mechanisms over again. Simultaneity, by the concept of geared linkages groups, classifies some quite disputed geared linkages as basic mechanisms.(3) Use the method of replacing the lower pairs by higher pairs to create new geared linkages groups from the planar Assur groups of six bars, then identify isomorphism according to their each character matrices got by the method of this article.(4) Choosing three high-ranking geared linkages groups from the geared linkages groups we got, do their kinematical analysis by splitting link-gear method, present the detailed process.(5) Analyze and summarize the design formulas of two kinds of cycloid gear- linkage slider mechanisms, design them by optimum method; point out some mistake in existing literatures. By differentiating their each displacement equations with respect to time, got their each velocity and acceleration equations.(6) Do kinetostatic analysis of the three high-ranking geared linkages groups, present the detailed process.(7) Completely balance the shaking force and shaking moment of two geared linkages with high-ranking geared linkages groups by the method of mass flow and derivative moment of inertia flow. The method can get the conditions of complete shaking force and shaking moment balancing without tedious process.
