【摘要】 知识经济作为一种崭新的经济形态，知识和技术是它的基础，也是生产力发展的决定性因素。这种新的社会经济模式具有知识化、劳动强度弱化、劳动方式多样化和智能化以及性别角色分工中性化等特征，这些特征使男女两性可以以智力为基础进行平等竞争；同时新时代使女性在个人素质、思想观念等方面都发生了深刻的变革。这些给女性角色、地位的转变提供了有利条件：为女性提供了更广阔的活动舞台，拓展了女性的角色空间，提高了女性的社会地位。本文运用社会学的角色理论探讨知识经济时代女性的角色地位的变化，首先回顾了知识经济以前的各经济时代的女性的角色和地位，然后分析知识经济有别于以往各经济形态的特征，预测知识经济时代女性角色地位的变化以及变化的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new social-economic formation, knowledge economy bases on knowledge and technology, which also are the key factors during the development of productive forces. This new economic formation possesses the following features: weaken the intensity of labor, diversify the modes of labor and neutralize the division of labor of sex role. All these features make it possible for both sexes to carry out equal competition based on intelligence. At the same time profound changes on individual qualities and ideology and so on happened on female in the new era. These changes provide advantages for the transition of women’s role and status: provide more extensive stage, expand the space of role and improve the social status of female. The thesis uses the theory of personage to probe the changes of women’s role and status at the era of knowledge economy. Firstly it looks back the former economic formations and the women’s role and status at these economic formations. Then analyzes the features of knowledge economy, these features are different from that of the former economic formations. Finally predicts the changes of women’s role and status at the time of knowledge economy and the reasons of these changes.更多还原
