【摘要】 公共体育场馆的非赛时利用问题一直是困扰体育场馆建设发展的一个重要问题。体育场馆的建设投资巨大、用地广阔，是城市公共空间的重要组成部分。但目前很多场馆在建成后的利用往往不尽如人意，造成社会资源的巨大浪费。北京是中国的首都，历经几十年的发展，已经拥有相当数量的社会公共体育场馆，2008年奥运会的申办成功给北京带来了新的发展机遇，为此又将兴建大量新的体育设施，因此论文的研究更具现实意义。公共体育场馆的非赛时利用问题表面上是一个场馆经营问题，但实际上同场馆的选址设计有着密不可分的联系，目前国内关于体育场馆的非赛时利用研究基本上是一个空白，国外的研究也比较少，有关研究和论述也大多留于表面，没有从建筑设计角度去探索这个问题。本文主要运用实地调研和访谈的方法，从北京诸多公共体育场馆的一个个例--海淀体育中心出发，通过对其各个组成部分非赛时利用的实际状况进行研究，剖析公共体育场馆非赛时利用的影响因素和经验特征，希望对公共体育场馆的设计、奥运会场馆建设有所帮助。论文分为五章。前言部分阐述论文的选题背景、意义和研究方法。第一章，主要从宏观角度阐述北京公共体育场馆的非赛时利用概况。第二章，介绍海淀体育中心的研究背景，包括体育中心的研究价值、发展过程以及同城市公共空间的关系。第三章，对海体中心内的核心建筑--海淀体育馆的非赛时利用状况进行研究，按照体育馆的各组成部分逐个分析，包括非赛时利用设计、现状、原因、经验等等，并提出改造的建议。第四章，对海体中心内其他设施进行研究，包括海淀体育场、综合训练馆、锡华俱乐部、体育馆练习馆和其他各种辅助设施，分析它们的利用现状、经验，并对其中存在的问题提出一些建议。第五章，是全文的总结，在前面所有研究的基础上，得出一些结论，并对北京和国内的一些相关问题提出进一步建议。其中第二、三、四章是本文的重点章节。更多还原

【Abstract】 The daily use of public sports buildings is an important factor that affacts their development all along. Public sports buildings need great investment, wide area and are part of the public space of a city. But recently many sports buildings can’t reveal their valueness, and this is a tremendous waste of social resource. Beijing is the capital of China and has large number of social public sports buildings for years of development. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing and this give the city a requirement to build new sports buildings. How to use these buidings after the Games? The thesis will give some answers.The daily use of public sports buildings relate only to the management of the buildings on the surface. In fact, it is in great relation to the design of the buildings. At present, there are few studies on this point all over the world, and the research carried out has little relation with the design of the buildings. Through method of field study and interview, the thesis puts emphases on Haidian Sports Center, an example of other sports buildings. According to the research of actual status of every part of the Center, the thesis shows the reason and character of the daily use of public sports buildings. And it’s expected to be useful for the design of the public sports buildings and the construction of Olympic facilities.The thesis includes five chapter. Firstly, the forward discusses the background, meaning and the ways of the research. Chapter one shows the general situation of Beijing public sports buildings. Chapter two introduces the research background of the Haidian Sports Center, including the valueness, development and the relation to the public urban space. As the core of the Sports Center, Chapter three put emphysis on Haidian Gymnasium in turn of every part, including the building design, fact of useness, reason of the fact, some advice and so on. Chapter four studies the other parts of the Sports Center, including the Haidian Palestra, the Training Center, the Siwa Club and other assistant buildings. Chapter five draws some conclusions based on the upper research and give some advice on the familiar question of Beijing and other cities.
