虚拟样机技术及其在新型内燃机开发中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着全球市场化的发展,产品开发必须迅速响应市场的需求。在产品开发过程中应用虚拟样机技术,可以优化产品设计方案,缩短产品开发周期,节约产品开发成本,从而使企业在竞争中获得极大的优势。本文根据新型双连杆双曲轴内燃机的开发要求,以虚拟样机技术为基础,对双连杆双曲轴运动机构设计方案进行仿真优化,建立了新型内燃机的虚拟样机模型。 根据内燃机的自顶向下设计要求,首先进行双连杆双曲轴运动机构运动方案的设计与优化,针对新型双连杆双曲轴内燃机的结构特点,运用C++Builder开发了双连杆双曲轴运动机构分析软件。运用该软件研究各个杆件尺寸以及偏差对机构运动的影响,从而确定下三角滑块结构双连杆双曲轴运动机构方案。 确定运动机构方案后,在分析装配模型,装配关系等基础上用SolidWorks建立了零件库和螺栓、螺母、键、销等标准件库,根据内燃机结构特点实现新型双连杆双曲轴内燃机的装配模型,并检查了整个样机模型设计的合理性。 在探讨运动机构动力学仿真理论的基础上,结合双连杆双曲轴运动机构模型,用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真,得出该机构在多种运动条件下的相关数据和曲线,进一步检验了样机的结构合理性和设计正确性。 本文探讨了虚拟样机技术从设计模型、装配模型、动力学仿真模型等方面在新型内燃机开发中的应用研究,缩短了新型内燃机开发的周期,节约了开发成本。

【Abstract】 With the development of the global market, production research must be quickly in response to the need of market. During the research , virtual prototyping can be applied to optimize the project of design ,shorten time and reduce design cost, as a result company can get the run upon the competition. This article optimizes the mechanism and establish the model of new type internal-combustion engine based on virtual prototyping technology according to the demand of the mechanism with double connecting rods and crankshafts.According to the demand of TOP_DOWN design method, the motion projection with double connecting rods and crankshafts must be optimized firstly. Based on the analyse the structure characteristic, the software is developed with C-H-Builder, which can be applied to study the influence on the motion from dimension and tolerance .At last, the best motion projection is ascertained .After ascertaining the motion projection, the engine model with double connecting rods and crankshafts is established and the rationality about the structure of the model has been tested. At the same time , the standard component parts library such as bolt, nut, bond and pin is builded, which will be convenient to later design.Dynamic analyse is fulfiled with ADAMS on the the study of theory on dynamic simulation according to the practical model .The splines are drawn out in different working condition.This article discusss how to apply virtual prototyping technology to design new type internal-combustion engine and optimizes the model so as to shorten design and research time.
