摩托车发动机电喷改造的理论与实验研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的不断发展,摩托车保有量急剧增加,随之带来的摩托车排放问题越来越严重。现有化油器摩托车大部分达不到国家最新颁布的摩托车排放标准。本文在对汽车发动机电喷系统原理进行分析研究的基础上,以国产125ml摩托车为主要研究对象,对原化油器摩托车进行了电喷改造,在分析研究摩托车发动机工作过程的基础上,创新性的建立了摩托车电喷系统的初始喷油MAP和点火MAP的数学模型,并进行了仿真,且与实际调试好的喷油和点火MAP图进行了对比,两者趋势相似,从而能对初始喷油量和初始点火时刻根据不同的工况进行各种修正,最终获得最优的控制量;对摩托车怠速采用了模糊控制,在控制怠速稳定性的同时改善了其怠速时的排放;最后,对改造后的新型电喷摩托车和原车进行了发动机台架试验和整车试验,结果表明,此电喷车在保持动力性和经济性的同时,排放得到了明显改善。 总之,初始喷油和点火MAP数学模型,能运用于各种型号的摩托车汽油发动机电喷改造,可大大缩短电喷系统开发的周期,采用怠速模糊控制使摩托车怠速转速不稳定得到了控制,此电喷摩托车满足了日益严格的排放标准,具有极其重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The motorcycle’s emission problems become more and more serious with the development of Chinese economy and the increase of motorcycle’s quantity. Most of carburetor motorcycle can not reach the new emission control regulation. The paper designs the motorcycle’s electronic fuel injection system. The mathematical model of the electronic fuel injection system basic fuel injection pulse-width MAP and ignition advance angle MAP is set up. At the same time, the simulating result is compared with the actual MAP. Besides, fuzzy control technology is used in motorcycle’s idle speed control in order to control the idle instability and decrease the exhaust emission; Finally, engine bad experiments and motorcycle integer experiments are done. The results show that the new motorcycle is agreed with carburetor motorcycle in dynamic characteristic and fuel economic characteristic, but exhaust emission is decrease greatly.In conclusion, the set up of initial MAP model can shorten the cycle of the electronic fuel injection system design. The instability of the engine idle-speed is controlled by using fuzzy control technology. The new motorcycle can achieve the strict emission law and is worthy of being spread.
