军用模块化液晶显示器的设计与研究

【摘要】 众所周知,显示器是信息装备的重要装置。在海陆空三军的作战指挥、武器控制及信息处理系统中,无论是大型固定设施、运动装置还是便携式仪器,都必须配置显示器以便为使用者提供各种信息。因此,军用显示器是现代战争中不可缺少的重要工具。 在各类信息显示系统中,平板显示是当今军用的首选显示系统。而在平板显示中液晶显示又是最重要的选择。国外的军用液晶显示器一个重要发展趋势就是显示控制电路的模块化,例如国际上著名的军用显示产品设计制造公司Barco公司,新近推出模块化(加固型)MFD(Modular Flat Display)系列产品。液晶显示控制系统模块化就是将液晶显示控制系统各部分进行模块化设计,在应用时可以根据用户的要求选取其中的一部分模块进行组合,而不需要重新设计。液晶显示系统的模块化有利于满足用户的各种不同需求。本文在分析国内外有关军用液晶显示器技术的基础上,开展了军用液晶显示器控制电路的模块化设计和整机的加固工作,并完成了部分模块的研制。 本论文对液晶显示控制模块(DCM,Display Control Module)进行了划分,并对它们进行了详细的设计,包括以下七个模块:(1)IMB(Interface Mother Board)——接口母板,(2)PSB(Power Supply Board)——电源板,(3)DIB(Digital Input Board)——数字输入板,(4)AIB(Analog Input Board)——模拟输入板,(5)IIB(Image Input Board)——图象输入板,(6)BIT(Built-in Test)——嵌入式测试系统,(7)HIL(Hiden Intermodule Link)——模块互联模块。根据客户的特定要求,各模块可以相互进行组合,通过HIL将各模块互联,集成为MFD(Modular Flat Display)系统。 本文在深入研究液晶显示器温度、振动、冲击、电磁兼容、潮湿等环境特性的基础上,解决了液晶屏在恶劣环境下工作的具体问题,提出了有源液晶显示器的低温解决措施,包括ITO加热膜加热功率的理论计算、液晶屏内置ITO柔性加热膜工艺、低温加热控制电路等,较好地解决了模块化液晶显示器在低温环境下出现的响应速度慢,甚至不能使用的问题。此外,还对液晶屏的振动冲击特性、电磁特性进行了研究,提出了具体的解决方法,如加大整机刚度,采取屏蔽滤波等措施。

【Abstract】 As we know, display is an important device used to show information. For military systems, from big fixed equipment, mobile equipment to portable instrument, all need to be equipped with display. It is obvious that the military display is absolutely necessarily in modern war.Nowadays, with the development of the display technology, the flat display has become the chief choice for information display in military, and LCD plays the leading role. The modularization of display control circuit has become an important trend for the military LCD in the world. For example, Barco, which is a famous company in manufacturing military display products, has developed a series of RMFD (Rugged Modular Flat Display). After the modularization, the users can define a configuration that meets their specific requirements by selecting different modules instead of redesign. Based on the research of military LCD in the world, the modularization of military LCD control circuit and the solutions of rugged machine are described in this paper, and some modules have been developed.In this paper, both the solutions of how to divide the LCD display control module and the design of the modules are provided. There are seven modules. Including: IMB(Interface Mother Board), PSB(Power Supply Board), DIB(Digital Input Board), AIB(Analog Input Board), IIB(Image Input Board), BIT(Built-in Test), HIL(Hiden Intermodule Link). The users can integrate a MFD system to suit each user’s requirements by combining the modules with the HIL.Based on the research of these environmental factors, such as temperature, vibration, shock, EMC, damp and so on, the detailed rugged means of LCD against harsh environment are proposed in this paper. It has given the solutions how to troubleshoot the problem of AMLCD at low-temperature environment, including thermal power theoretical calculation of ITO heater-film, the technology of built-in ITO soft heater-film in LCD, and heat control circuits at low temperature, etc. This paper presents a way to solve the problems, namely, LCD response slowly, and even not work in low temperature environment. In addition, this paper also researches into the features of vibration, shock and EMC, and gives the means of how to solve them by reinforcing rigidity, shielding and filter etc.
