【摘要】 本文介绍了航运业的业务特点及信息化建设需重点注意的问题，国内国外特别是青岛市航运企业的信息化现状、网络特点及电子商务发展情况，简述了航运信息系统采用的客户／服务器结构、浏览器／服务器结构、操作系统的优缺点及常用大型数据库的性能比较与选择，说明了威东公司的业务流程、网络结构特点及信息化总体解决方案，并详细地说明威东航运信息系统的具体实施过程：业务需求的调查分析、数据库及工作表的设计、主要业务程序的设计与开发技巧、网站的开发与网上订舱流程、传真服务器的设计与安装及数据安全解决方案。该系统极大地提高了威东公司的工作效率和服务水平，实时的信息共享使客户的等待时间减少，满意度增加，传真服务器的安装，节约了大笔的打印成本，成倍的提高了效率；威东网站的开通，使客户可以突破时空限制，迅速地获取货运信息，便捷的网上订票和订舱，使客户足不出户即可享受到优质的服务。实践证明，威东航运信息系统是一个成功高效的系统，在中韩客货运输企业中开创了先例。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the shipping business characteristics and the main problems of its information construction as well as the information status, network characteristics and e-business development of shipping companies of both abroad and domestic, especially of Qingdao. It briefly explains the advantages and disadvantages of client/server network, browser/server network and computer operating systems often used by shipping information system and the performance comparison and choice of large database systems. It makes out the main business flow, network structure and the collective information solution of Weidong company, and then illuminates the implement process of WEWINS in detail: diagnoses of business requirements, design of database and tables, programing skills of main business, development of web site and booking online, design and deploying of faxserver and data security solutions. The facts prove that WEWINS is a successful high efficient system and stands on a leading position among the China-Korea car ferry shipping companies.更多还原
