【摘要】 我国国民经济的快速发展，带动了工程项目建设的蓬勃发展。作为工程建设项目重要实施主体的建筑安装企业，迎来了良好的发展机遇；建筑安装企业要抓住机遇，就必须使自己的管理更科学、更规范。 建筑安装施工项目自身的特点决定了它与其它类型的项目管理有极大的不同。本文针对建筑安装施工项目管理的特殊性，从建筑安装企业的角度出发，参考中国项目管理研究委员会编制的《中国项目管理知识体系》，构建了建筑安装企业施工项目管理的理论和分析框架；为建筑安装企业实施施工项目管理提出了可供参考的理论体系。该理论体系主要包括：建筑安装企业施工项目的系统性分析、范围管理、招投标管理、合同管理、施工图管理、施工交叉管理、进度管理、质量管理、成本管理、人力资源及沟通管理、竣工验收管理、项目后评价、保修维护管理等。在确立了建筑安装企业施工项目管理的理论体系后，以HY公司在WJ采暖项目的安装实施为例对建筑安装企业施工项目管理的理论应用进行了实证研究。 文中针对当前建筑安装施工项目中某些环节存在的问题，提出了自己的见解；并对建筑安装企业运用项目管理方法实施施工管理提出了一些看法和粗浅的建议，希望能够对以后相应的研究工作有一定的借鉴和帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fast development of our country national economy, spur on the flourishing development of project item building. As the significant implementation main part of the project, construction & installation enterprises greets the well development favourable circumstances. That the business will grip the favourable circumstances, have to cause the administration of self more scientific, still more norm.Construction & installation building project oneself distinguishing feature resolved its management against else forms to possess the extremely great difference. Refering to 《Chinese-Project Management Body of Knowledge》 that written by Project Management Research Committee, the paper constructed the theory and analysis framework for building project management of construction & installation enterprises. The theory setup chiefly consists of: systems analysis, project scope management, project procurement management, contract administration, installation diagram management, project joint management, project time management, project quality management, project cost management, project human resource management & project communication management, building completed management, project evaluation, after-sales service management etc... After establishing the theory framework of construction & installation building project management, the paper use a demonstration to validate it. The demonstration researched the validity of WJ’sheating item installation that be built by HY corporation.The paper made some opinion to the present problem that some segments are in the building project. In addition, the paper made some crude suggestions to the business utilizes project management implementation building management. Hope these suggestions can do some help to the similar work.更多还原
