邮政储蓄个人银行业务竞争战略研究

【摘要】 邮政储蓄是我国金融业中的特殊成员,占据了十分重要的地位。目前邮政储蓄正处于改革时期,极有可能成为一家完全的金融机构。从邮政储蓄的优势和未来发展考虑,成为一家全国性的零售商业银行将是邮政储蓄未来的发展方向,同时个人银行业务将是邮政储蓄的主要业务。当前我国个人银行业务市场已经成熟,市场容量大,前景广阔。各银行出将个人银行业务作为发展的重点,全力以赴进行业务拓展。面对激烈竞争的个人银行业务市场,如何在竞争中生存、发展,是邮政储蓄所面临的新课题。笔者认为,邮政储蓄的改革是机遇与挑战并存。邮政储蓄具备相当的优势,若竞争战略制定与实施得好,邮政储蓄大有前途。 本文共分六个部分。第一部分对竞争战略理论进行了概述,第二部分对个人银行业务进行简单的介绍,并对目前国内外个人银行业务的发展情况进行了分析;第三部分分析了邮政储蓄个人银行业务发展的状况以及存在的问题;第四部分对邮政储蓄发展个人银行业务的外部环境和内部条件进行了分析;第五部分对可能采取的竞争战略进行了分析和选择;第六部分对竞争战略的实施提出了建议。本文采用了理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法。 本文选题较新,注重了研究的系统性和逻辑性,强调了实践的指导性,对于邮政储蓄个人银行业务的发展具有一定的指导价值。

【Abstract】 China Postal Savings is a special sector in the financial industry with very important status. China Postal Savings is being reformed now. It will become a complete financial institution in all probability. Considering the advantages and the future development of China Postal Savings, it is the direction of China Postal Savings to become a countrywide retail commercial bank. And individual business will become the main business of China Postal Savings. Now the market of individual business is mature in Chinese market. The market capacity is large and the foreground is amplitude. Many banks are focusing on developing individual business Facing the furious competition of individual business, how to survive and develop is a new problem to China Postal Savings. The author considers that the reform is an opportunity as well as a challenge. China Postal Savings has many advantages. As long as it constitutes and implements the proper competition strategies, China Postal Savings has a very bright future.This article has six parts. The first part summarizes the theories of the competition strategies. The second part is the presentation of individual business and the analysis of the development of the business in Chinese market and some others countries. The third part analyses the developing status and the problems of individual business of China Postal Savings. The fourth part analyses the external circumstancesand the inner capabilities for China Postal Savings to develop individual business. The fifth part analyses and selects the possible competition strategies. The sixth part makes suggestions to the implement of the selected competition strategies. This article adopts the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical studyThe topic of the article is novel This article emphasizes the systematic and logic study, having significant value for China Postal Savings to develop individual business
