基于无线技术的振动数据采集系统

【摘要】 随着长大高柔结构建筑的不断涌现,现代振动测试现场环境更为复杂、测点布设数量更多、测点分布范围更广。在这种情况下,仍采用传统方法依赖电缆线进行振动测试数据的传输,将会给测试工作带来极大的人力、物力和资源浪费。如果能够实现测试数据的无线传输,必将大大简化测试工作,并带动测试方法研究的进一步发展。 通过深入分析现代无线数据传输技术原理,在查阅大量相关文献和国内外先进无线数传产品、总结和借鉴现代传感技术和数据采集技术的基础上,选取了适合现代振动测试现场要求的无线数传模块SA68D29M,设计完成了基于无线技术的振动数据采集系统。 振动数据采集系统利用—对无线数传模块取代电缆线,实现了数据采集卡与上位机之间命令和数据信号的无线传输。数据采集卡作为远程前端不仅具有与无线数传模块命令、数据信号串口通信的功能,同时也具有对传感器模拟信号在128Hz和256Hz两种采样频率下的数字转换和数据采集功能。用VB开发了运行于WINDOWS系统的无线数据采集系统上位机软件,使上位机通过RS-232串口与无线模块进行通信,主要完成对振动信号的采集和保存工作。作为人机对话的窗口,可以通过该软件对系统采集通道数和采样频率进行选择。系统引入991型超低频拾振器,将其拾取的振动信号作为本系统实际应用测试中模拟输入,使系统可对长大高柔结构的超低频振动和一般工程及场地的低频振动进行测量。通过对整机系统进行的大量测试和对比试验,得到了满意的结果,论文给出了两种采样频率下针对正弦信号和脉动信号的试验结果。

【Abstract】 Environment of modern in-situ vibration measurement has become more complex, measurement points increased and the measurement range widened greatly with the coming forth of long, large, tall and flexile structures. Inevitability, it is a large waste of manpower and material resources if the vibration data acquisition still depends on the traditional wire transmission. Wireless transmission of experiment data based on the wireless technology, however, can make the measurement simplification and impel the development of measurement method research.Based on the fully analysis of modern wireless transmission technology and principle, reference of vast correlative papers and advanced wireless data transmission products in the world, summarization and reference of modem sensing technology and data acquisition technology, wireless data transmission module SA68D29M is selected, which satisfies the requirements of the modern in-situ vibration measurement.Wireless transmission between the data acquisition card and the upper computer is realized through the substitution of a couple of wireless data transmission modules for cables. As the remote forepart, data acquisition card not only has the ability of correspondence with wireless data transmission module and data signal serial port, but also has the ability of data conversation and data acquisition of sensor simulation signal under the acquisition frequency of 128Hz and 256Hz. The upper computer software of wireless data acquisition system is written in VB, which runs under WINDOWS operation system, makes the upper computer corresponds with wireless module through RS-232 serial port, and fulfills the acquisition and save of vibration signals. As the dialogue window of the operator and the computer, the software can select acquisition channels and frequency. The system introduces 991 ultra-low frequency pick up, and takes the vibration signal as the simulation input of practical measurement, which makes the system can measure the ultra-low frequency vibration of long, large, tall and flexible structures and the low frequency vibration of engineering and site. Enough measurement and comparison experiments of the whole system obtain satisfied results. The experiment results of sine and tremor signals under two acquisition frequencies are presented in the thesis.
