“期望教育”的范式及应用研究

【摘要】 随着21世纪知识经济对开放型、创新型、知识型高素质人才的需求,素质教育应运而生。而目前学校教育仍以应试教育为主,严重滞后于时代的发展。因此本文提出“期望教育”的理念,它是一种生命化的教育,其本质在于对人性的尊重,对个人的成全。它要求教师树立全新的教育观、学生观,关注每一位学生,相信每一位学生都有发展的潜能,都能成才。 本研究在分析了“期望教育”的哲学、教育学、心理学的理论基础的前提下,总结了国外罗森塔尔、布罗菲、布劳姆等人关于教师期望的研究,提出了影响教师期望的因素,由此得出了期望教育的范式。本文的重点是在“期望教育”的理论及其规律的指导下,具体阐述期望的目标、操作程序、师生关系和期望策略,将期望的原则、方法、手段和组织形式融为一体,使比较抽象的期望理论化为具体的操作体系,教师可根据教育、教学、管理的实际需要选择运用。因此,本文探讨了“期望教育”在教学和班级管理这两个层面的实际操作,以期将教师的无意识期望转换成有意识期望,提高其教学、管理行为的有效性。本文的最后还对学校管理者提出了建议,并在访谈的基础上收集了一些案例附录其后。

【Abstract】 With the demanding of 21th central intellectual economy to open creative and intellectual highly- qualified talent, quality education emerges as the times require. However, school education still bases on education coping with exam, which detains the development of times. Therefore, this essay mainly focuses on the theory of expectation education, which is a kind of biological education with the essence of the respectation to human nature and the help to individuals. It demands that teachers establish new education and students outlook, paying close attention to every student and trusting their latent energy.Basing on the analysis to the philosophy, pedagogy and psychology of "expectation education", this essay summarizes the research about teacher’s expectation of Rosenthal, Brophy, Broom etc, putting forward to the factors which affect teacher’s expectation resulting in the patterns of expectation education. The emphasis of this essay is to expound the aim of expectation, operation procedure, the relation between teachers and students and expectation methods with the destruction of "expectation education" theory and its law, binding the rules, ways, methods and forming style of expectation together, which transfers abstract expectation theory to specific operation system, teachers can make a free choice to apply according to the practical demand of education, teaching and management. Therefore, this essay mainly focuses on the inquirement to the practical operation of "expectation education" in teaching and class management, expecting to turn teachers’ expectation in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching and management behavior. In the end of this essay, suggestion is given to school managers and lots of examples are collected on the basis of investigation following by.
