桑螟寄生性天敌资源及其优势种群的生物学特性研究

【摘要】 桑螟(Diaphania pyloalis Walker)是桑树的主要害虫之一,各地发生普遍,且危害十分严重。由于其幼虫卷叶隐蔽为害,现有的农药防治很难收到理想的效果,而且农药应用不当,对天敌杀伤明显,使桑螟成为暴发性、灾害性害虫,而桑螟的寄生性天敌对其种群的自然控制起着重要作用。通过对桑螟幼虫寄生性天敌的调查和研究,期待为桑螟的生物防治探索一条有效的途径。 采用随机取样方式,定期从田间采集桑螟各龄幼虫,调查桑螟幼虫寄生性昆虫的天敌资源,并进行种类鉴定;同时调查寄生性天敌昆虫对桑螟幼虫的自然寄生率及其对各龄幼虫的寄生情况,明确当地的优势天敌种群,并在室内进行了人工繁殖寄生蜂的试验。 研究结果表明,桑螟幼虫的寄生性天敌资源比较丰富,苏州地区共调查到寄生性天敌昆虫14种,目前已鉴定10种,首次报道了稻纵卷叶螟凹眼姬蜂为桑螟的天敌寄生蜂。天敌昆虫的平均寄生率在40%左右,且大部分寄生于低龄幼虫,对控制桑螟的发生与危害具有明显的作用。同时明确了桑螟绒茧蜂和菲岛长距茧蜂是桑螟幼虫期的两种优势天敌种群,其优势天敌的室内人工繁蜂试验也取得了成功,这为天敌昆虫的大量繁殖和桑螟生物防治的实用化打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 As one of the dominating mulberry pests, Diaphania pyloalis Walker exists widely and has serious damage. Because of the larva hiding in leaves, the traditional pesticide can’t have satisfying effect, while the parasitical natural enemies can control it commendably. An effective way is expected to find to control Diaphania pyloalis Walker through studying its natural enemies.Every age larva is caught randomly. We study the parasitical natural enemies and identify them, then investigate their natural parasitism condition, definite local dominant species, and propagate the parasitical wasp in laboratory.Fourteen kinds of parasitic natural enemies are collected and ten of them have been identified, Casinaria simillima Maheshwary &Gupt is reported firstly as natural enemy of Diaphania pyloalis Walker. The average natural parasitism is about 40%, and most of the natural enemy parasite in low age larvae. Apanteles heterusiae Wilkinson and Macrocentrus philippinensis Ashmead are dominant species of larvae, and the test of propagating the dominant species indoor is successful, this is the base of propagating natural enemies largely and biological control of Diaphania pyloalis Walker
